As always the food was amazing. Unfortunately our waitress was very distracted and service was lacking, despite being a low amount of patrons there. I’ve owed a restaurant myself so I know how proper training of waitstaff can make all the difference in a patron’s experience. Please train your staff.

Went there on Veterans Day for Meal for military. I specifically ordered from the separate menu and my waitress added the veteran menu item to my receipt with it properly labeled but when I check out a lady with glasses read my receipt…..saw that it said veteran meal on the receipt and ignored it and charged me for the meal because I didn’t look old enough to be a veteran by her definition. I witnessed her ask multiple older gentleman if they were veterans even when some weren’t but when my receipt specifically said that I had a veteran menu item it was ignored because I was younger.

Someone I know went to eat for Veterans Day was supposed to eat free but didn’t because a lady said he didn’t look old enough to be in the military. Shame on you. The fact that you discriminate people by their looks it’s awful. To the lady who said he didn’t look old enough do better.

I really enjoy eating here. The food is great and the service never disappoints. The store is always very clean and maintained. I want to give a big shout out to the general manager there. She is always so pleasant and great to talk too.

Great experience! Was traveling through and stopped for breakfast. Excellent service! Food was delivered hot and in a timely manner!! Coffee refills without asking!! Will stop at the Van Wert Bob Evan’s when I’m passing through again.

Ordered for a takeout and was surprised by the flavor. I am a somewhat common customer to any Bob Evans but this one was just a quick lunch order. I was surprised to see the amount of stuff and flavor that it provided. I ordered the bacon burger and was very happy. Would recommend
