Ordered for a takeout and was surprised by the flavor. I am a somewhat common customer to any Bob Evans but this one was just a quick lunch order. I was surprised to see the amount of stuff and flavor that it provided. I ordered the bacon burger and was very happy. Would recommend

Their sausage gravy is made with mystery meat. I have used Bob Evans sausage at home to make gravy, and there is no comparison. The hash browns taste as though they use old cooking oil that sets in a bottle by the grill. The staff is friendly and professional, but there never seems to be enough staff there. The restaurant would perhaps benefit from paying employees a higher wage to prevent constant turnover.

Food was good and hot. The service was excellent. Plates are removed now when you are finished. Great improvement. The restaurant is a lot cleaner now.
After waiting an extra 20 minutes for my online order I get it back opened it up and was in shock I paid $14 for this! Not to mention the banana bread was hard and crunchy. I did call and the manager did make it right! So point is don't be afraid to call if something isn't right!
