The wait is usually longer than most fast food places, but it comes out hot. The place is usually cold, and Coca-Cola fountain is nasty it's mostly carbonated water with a dash of syrup. Even dining in or drive thru it's better to get something else to drink.
We went thru the drive thru pretty late. 1 gal was working. She said 1 other person was there, but was in the bathroom. So, she took our order, made our food, took our money, and gave us our food. She was a hard worker, and she was very pleasant. We had the new Philly Sandwiches and Onion Rings. They were really good. I just feel bad that more people aren't there to work. It's a good product.
With only 3 workers they did awesome trying to help both drive thru and dining area. Went into dining area to eat. It's rough short staff especially being busy. Kudos for having a positive attitude ?. Some people dont care. Hope me being understanding and pleasant helped you have a better day. I know what thats like. Was in food service for 20 yrs.
