I had a delivery across the street. Hadn't had a whooper in awhile so I went in. And this nasty ssa lady took my order then turned around to wait for food to be sent up from grill. The young man in the drive thru is always super friendly and personable. The food is always top notch. I eat burger king breakfast several times a week. Van Wert location is by far my favorite.
One of the employees was super kind and helpful after giving us the wrong burger. I was prepared to write a negative review after not knowing how to use the app and no one be willing to help me (which was annoying). BUT after seeing this employee work to make sure we were covered I wanted to bump it a bit. The restaurant was clean and I got our food in a good amount of time.
