ordered pickup because it's so convenient when you have 3 kids. arrived at my pickup time. waited nearly 5 minutes at the drive thru with no response. went inside and they said my order hadn't even been started yet. meanwhile multiple people walk in, order, get their food and go. waited 20 more minutes. someone came through the drive thru, yup got their food. no sense of urgency from employees casually making food. I've worked in food service so yes I'm judging. people just don't seem to give a shit anymore. but I do, especially when I'm paying nearly $50 for food. got to our destination and discovered we had no utensils even though the receipt says include utensils. do better. and don't order takeout from this place it takes twice as long as going in.

Phenomenal place to eat the food is awesome you have to try it Chicken bacon ranch with both ranches on it and avocados and the black beans and rice awesome oh my gosh that's so good and then we had the regular tacos that was awesome and then we had the Americano bowl perfection go to so good we're definitely going back

The pricing does not make sense. It is not the working employee's fault but confused why my fiance paid $13 for cheese, chips, and a little bit of queso. The cheese was not melted. I went back to ask about the reason for the pricing and it was due to the triple cheese nachos being online only. Asked for the cheese to be melted and got burnt chips. Wish we were informed about the significant price increase before ordering but the employee told me the store owner told her to ring it in as a build your own nacho. Makes zero sense! Cheese quesadilla was great though, super cheesey. Probably won't return.

The menu provides a great selection, and the serving sizes are huge. The prices seem a little high, but it's worth it. The food was delicious. Clean environment and the staff are super nice.

I went inside for a take out order. I asked for beans. There's maybe 10 beans in my bowl. I wanted pork, it looks dry and old. The associate who helped me seem like she just wanted to leave. They mistook jalapeño ranch for southwest ranch. I ordered a fountain drink and had to reach over the counter to grab the cup myself. I Luke the aesthetic of the store, but I will not return due to the poor food quality and poor service.
