The last two times I had placed an order for pick up, the food was made incorrect and was absolutely terrible. A basic menu item keto bowl was somehow still made incorrect with missing ingredients. Check your food before leaving to ensure that your food is made correct. Also, if you order double meat, check that you get it. I feel as if most of the time the double meat doesn't make its way on your order. Save your money and go to Chipotle.

Unfortunately I have not been inside the place , it's the service station that I get my fuel. This place Hot Head burrito just happened to be at the same location . I haven't been out to eat any restaurant food in over two years. With everything that goes in to the meals we eat outside of our house . Plus my job prohibits me from doing so .

I used to work there and I know the food is good and food safety is a high priority for them. Some of the staff could try working on their people skills, like making eye contact with and smiling at their customers. Their dining area has a casual, fun atmosphere and its always looked after and cleaned up between guests. My favorite is the teriyaki pork burrito - toasted. Yum!

Had to wait 20 min in line just to be told that they didn’t have anything left for my order, and they were not making anything else called and talked to the general manager and got hung up on,

I would like to start by saying normally I go in there and everyone is very nice Today unfortunately was not the case at all. From the time I walked up to order she greeted me with a bad attitude. And it was that way all the way to check out.There was one tall young lady that I have seen in there before she was nice as usual and being helpful to the rest of the line. I wished I had gotten her. The food was good but the rice was hard and we couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed.
