Ordered online. Got there a little early and went in. Told me it was almost ready. Told them that's fine I knew I was early and I'll wait out in my vehicle. The guy brought it out to me instead of waiting for me to come back in. That's great service in my opinion. Thank you!

Unacceptable! This was the worst experience ordering a pizza I have ever experienced. They have like 10 workers and no one knows what the hell they are doing. I ordered online and was quoted a 20 min pickup. Get there super busy and it's not ready ok no biggie. Finally got my pizza and it's wrong. So they remake it which takes another 45 mins. I understand your busy but the communication is lacking. We love Marco's pizza but this is unacceptable. I expect management to reach out.

Messed up my sub all the way around don’t order anything extra they can’t read..got a sub with pep. Green olives, and bacon w no mushrooms and they gave me a sub with pepperoni and mushrooms..

We called to order pizza and they had a “trainee” answering phones. Took our order and couldn’t figure out how to deliver so we said we’d pick it up. 1/2 hour later (like we were told) we drive into town to pick up and they didn’t have our order. Talk about a waste of time! Now it’s 7pm and 10 people don’t have anything to eat. Will never do business here again.

This Marco's gave me Hot Snakes and Bubble Guts. Not recommended but if you dare just eat it while on the toilet and brace yourself.
