Super Long wait for only 4 cars in the drive thru. Then I'm handed what felt like a full bag and told to have a good night..pull off and go park to check the food and noticed they didn't give us a single fry. Inside is closed so back to the long wait of a drive thru. Otherwise food was good, sandwiches were correct which was probably one of the most important factors for us. Just need to work on their speed and make sure all the food is in the bag.

I've been forgotten and skipped, given the wrong food, and have waited over an hour for a simple, no modification order. All without a single We're Sorry.
This place is a joke. They forget your order and then blame it on their system (never had that happen in other McDonald's), they put trainees on during their busiest times so hardly anything gets done, and they refuse to give you any compensation or coupons because somehow it's your fault.
Just go to the McDonald's by Walmart, they're much better

Orded on the mobel app and went to go pick it up in the drive thru. Waited in the inside line of the drive through forever. Multiple cars passed through the outside lane before I gave up and went inside. The people inside acted like I was insane when I asked if I could pick up my mobile app order inside then proceeded to ignore me for 20 minutes before l I had to give up and leave without my food.

Waited over 50 minutes in the drive through that wrapped around the building for customers waiting in the line that gave there order already. Very short staffed and inexperienced. I would not recommend coming here if you want your order wrong or wait almost a hour

Tried to eat food in play area and flies swarmed my food and had to walk away from my kid and my food. So many. Big and small ones. Gross place that’s not clean. Trash and food everywhere

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's location. I placed my order at 7:30pm, still waiting 30 minutes later to find out they HADN'T STARTED MY ORDER. Really? I guess my $36 was of no use to them. Unacceptable!

One employee was hustling. Actually running food out to call in/app orders. Didn't see others but at least one young man was earning his pay.
I had points and they haven't been returned at all today. I went into the drive thru and I never got my coffee bc it wouldn't take any transaction. I would like the 4500 points back

Service sucks. I went through the drive thru first.. had to go in because they messed up the order. Got out to the car and seen that they messed it up again so I went bk in and had them remake the order. The final result is in the pictures below. Very unhappy.
