Middle of the day or night this is one establishment who can never get my order right. I've skipped meals because they forgot all or part of one of my children's orders. I've ordered a McFlurry twice never to receive them, ask for extra pickles, get two total, extra salt on my ff, get no salt at all. I don't grasp where the complexities of this job is. Yes, I have worked fast food granted it was Wendy's, the menus are somewhat different. McDonald's must have advanced burgers, ff, and treats, making the task of 100% in point orders nearly impossible.

Staff accidentally gave our order away to a different car and then expected us to wait even longer (after we had already waited 30 minutes) so they could remake our food. They had an attitude when we tried to fix the issue, and we left without our food. The staff seemed otherwise occupied having verbal altercations and screaming matches with one another, which I could hear through the window.

After waiting at the window for 5 minutes, I was told to pull forward while they prepared one (1) chicken sandwich. 20 minutes later, they asked if I was someone named Bobby-Joe, and then proceeded to ask the next car the same thing. Finally after 30 minutes, they came with another wrong order, then asked if I was sure I wasn't Bobby-Joe. They had apparently handed out our order to the wrong person, and would have to remake it. When we just asked for a refund, the woman got snappy. Never got the refund, because that would probably have taken another 40 minutes. I've run a fast food restaurant on my own in the midst of lunch rush, and I never got crappy with any customers, AND I got their food out in a timely manner.

Not bad normally very hot and fast most of the workers are teens and are loud but mostly family friendly, today I got a triple cheeseburger and it was covered in onions bun and burger
Kid-friendliness: The young workers cuss often and the managers don't seem to care most of the time usually that's at night though. Great for kids in the morning!

They spent 10s of thousands of dollars to redo the already nice dining room and add 6... yes 6 extra waiting spaces. They could have used that money to pay more employees so I don't have to wait 10 minutes every time I order fries.
