Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's location. I placed my order at 7:30pm, still waiting 30 minutes later to find out they HADN'T STARTED MY ORDER. Really? I guess my $36 was of no use to them. Unacceptable!

I had points and they haven't been returned at all today. I went into the drive thru and I never got my coffee bc it wouldn't take any transaction. I would like the 4500 points back

Service sucks. I went through the drive thru first.. had to go in because they messed up the order. Got out to the car and seen that they messed it up again so I went bk in and had them remake the order. The final result is in the pictures below. Very unhappy.

Manager and crew was extremely loud and using fowl language. Crew members just looked at us while we waited to be waited on before I had to use the cosi machine to place our order then they looked at me and ignored me while I waited to pay.
Apparently according to other customers that is how it normally is at night . It wasn’t even busy
