This place was horrible tonight. I ordered 4 kids meals and two adult meals. Both of our quarter pounders were cold and still pink. I got my kids a 6 piece nugget and they all got 5 nuggets and maybe 8 fries if they were lucky. We waited on our food for a good 15 minutes so there was no way they didn’t have time to make sure our food was fresh and prepared right. It’s just hard trying to support establishments anymore when they don’t take their jobs seriously. Next time I’ll take my $40 and spend it somewhere else.

When paying almost $7 for a sandwich you would think the chicken would be bigger then a chicken nugget and not be 80% of hard breading 🙄 that was the most poor excuse for a piece of chicken I have seen. And maybe sandwich makes should take a refresher course on the ingredients that are supposed to come on different things. Exactly why we don't get McDonald's but maybe once every 6 months. Theres no point

I completed an online order just before posting this and recently received my food. I was met with hands down.The worst customer service I have ever received. I requested extra sauce and offer to pay and was met with a sarcastic remark of " I don't have time for this", as he walked off. I walked up to the counter for a drink and apologized because i was under the impression i had purchased a drink. the elderly woman at the counter just scowled at me and she was also an employee. As employees, I know this is normal behavior but they ought to be ashamed and just quit if they can't handle the heat stay out of the literal kitchen.

It took 20 to 25 minutes to get my order through the drive-thru. The inside dining room maybe had five people in it.

Truly an awful experience in the McDonald’s drive thru this morning. They have 0 standard for quality of food or for getting it out on time. They asked us to pull up and wait for a couple of our items. That’s fine, that usually happens. But after about 20 minutes and watching 5 people get served and go around us, I’m a bit fed up. When my husband goes in there to remind them that we exist, they tell him that the machine is down? Why not tell us that and offer us a refund or something else in place? Don’t just leave us at your stupid second window indefinitely! Then by the time we finally get the rest of our stuff, my burning hot chocolate finally cooled off enough for me to taste it and realize it taste like dirty dishwater. Literally nasty. But by that time we’ve already had a screaming baby in the car for 20 minutes and late for our appt. So don’t expect any kind of quality service at this McDonald’s.
I see this place has a lot of bad reviews. My order turned out well. So did the orders for the two people I was with.
