It's a training facility for kids so attitude and accuracy are hit or miss. I'd give em 85% The food is mundane and often too salty, but the convenience and some of the items are a constant draw. Iced coffee and daily doubles(add ketchup and mustard)are my weakness.

A sloppy mess with half the ingredients missing after a 15 minute wait across the road from the sewer treatment plant. I've been to McDonald's restaurants in 38 states, hundreds of cities, and this was THE WORST. They weren't busy. It wasn't a rush time. And I ordered double cheeseburgers. No mustard, pickles, onion, and the bottom buns were fused to the wrapper and soggy. The burgers were dry and hard with ketchup and cheese. Sound good? You will never get my business again.

Place was sticky and I don't think they clean the touch screens often. The wait is sometimes awful and the drive thru is so slow. At least most of the workers are nice and polite.

Worst service ever anytime I go to this McDonalds everyone is rude I waited 30 minutes for a pop and didn’t get it because nobody would answer the speaker and when I pulled forward they wouldn’t open the window I wont be back which is sad bc I was a regular here for coffee never again

So clean and friendly. They have the self order kiosks, but also will wait on you at register counter. I hate the kiosks, sorry McDonald's, and find they are difficult to navigate.
Thee worst mcdonalds in town. Drive thru gets orders wrong every time we go through. The food is always made so sloppy. I dont dare go inside anymore, no surface is ever clean, bathrooms are disgusting. Definitely done giving this mcdonalds a chance. Never going back again, tired of wasting my money on food I didnt get or got wrong. Definitely going to the one on Shannon even if its a little out of the way.

It took a very long time in the drive-thru. I ordered the McCrispy Chicken sandwich combo. When I pulled up to the winow I saw a sign that said their McCrispy Chicken sandwiches were being served without lettuce.??? I had already paid for my meal before noticing the sign. I don't eat fast food very often, but I was traveling and was hungry so I thought as long as it had other things like mayo, tomato, etc, it should be okay. I pulled away with my food and opened the sandwich to find a toasted bun, a slightly overcooked piece of chicken and two very small and very thin pickles, with nothing else! They don't serve mayo on these sandwiches? I was already back on the road and unable to turn around to complain. Very disappointing!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I Went there at 6:30am, the hours are 5am to 12am. If you want breakfast might as well just wait til lunch, they said they have no food ready nor did they have anything to make drinks. The two ladies in there had nothing but attitudes towards my partner and I asking when it would be ready. We were willing to wait. Even with 3.4 stars just close down already.

Honestly, this McDonald’s needs to be shut down or rehire people who can actually do their job. Every time I come here my order is wrong. It’s crazy. I don’t order anything special, but something is always wrong or missing. I would give a negative rating if I could. It’s really not hard to make sure the order is correct. They just try to get people out of there, they don’t care. Worlds Worst McDonald’s.

3 times in the last 2 weeks, I spent almost my entire lunch break waiting on my food at this location. Yesterday, I did McDelivery, which fun fact, McDonalds wants to act like they are the ones delivering, when in reality it’s door dash or Uber Eats, but that’s a separate gripe.
I placed my delivery order at 11:30, was told I’d have my food by 12pm.
12pm rolls around, the wait time keeps going up.
They had a driver at 12pm, that driver gave up, presumably because they were taking too long, and it was 12:15 before they found another driver.
My food finally came at 12:45, and they didn’t even have one of the items I ordered in stock!
I get stuff happens, but if you can’t fill orders for a specific item, or can’t fill them at all, TURN THE APP OFF! It ain’t rocket science!
I almost didn’t get to eat yesterday because of them.
