What happen?Came back from out of state for a visit,was looking forward to orchard trees fish,the fish was small crumbled pieces,baked potato was hard ,salad bar wasn’t the cleanest.so sad to see this place go down hill

Went in for all you can eat fish dinners. Fish was good and had good flavor. Baked potato for 1 was hard and over done. Fries soggy and cold. Cole slaw was good. Seemed to always ask for fish. Brought 4 pieces on first refill for 3 of us to share. Over heard one table get told we close at 7, although sign on door stated "NEW" hours closed at 8. She was unhappy at their table for sure.

We had 4 in our group and we all got the buffet. We got there around 6 p.m. The buffet had the usual selection of food choices. Salad options were amply filled. Hot food choices seemed to have been on the steam table too long. We were not impressed, however, we will try going back another time. Maybe we were there on an off night.
Worst service ever buffet was bad had no flavor and tasted bland . You don't put new food on top of the old ones learn proper food service service. Cook food properly so it don't taste like military food is what it taste like.

The steak burger was ok but to charge a person salad bar price for a single salad is not good customer service and their French fries are not the type I prefer and the steak burger was kind of small compared to my last visit

We have went to Orchard Tree every Wednesday for years. Tonight, I was charged $9.99 for salad bar in addition to the price of my full meal. The manager was not accommodating at all. Orchard Tree just lost loyal customers; we won't be back.

Too many bad experiences at multiple visits.From vegetable soup served right out of the refrigerator to under cooked food. Now, refusing to deduct charges form the bill when the waitress forgot to serve half of the food.I'm all for second chances, but I draw the line at four chances.
