The head manager is very rude and complained that it was Christmas Eve and they are busy. We placed on order inside and he was mad and told us we should do it on the app or over the phone even though when you call the local number it sends you to some place over seas

All the Pizza Huts near us have closed and we really miss the food. Since we're traveling, we looked up stores along our route and chose the Van Wert location for its dine in option. Boy are we glad we did! The store was clean and beautifully maintained, the food was delicious, and our server, Cindy, was wonderful. We'll definitely stop in again when we are in the area.

The call center has VERY RUDE people answering the phone,I called because I had a question about my order and these people hung up on me 3 times.How is that professional? I just wanted to talk to our pizza hut in Van Wert,I say do away with the stupid call center

Neglected to include plastic utensils with my order. When I commented on the error I got an attitude back. Wasn't a big deal I just wanted an apology and to acknowledge the mistake. Attitude was unnecessary.
We called 30 minutes ahead, I verified I was connected to Van Wert pizza hut and they said yes. When we stopped to pick it up they had lost the order and we had to wait to have it made. No compensation offered.

Everything was great, but the service was especially awesome! Great folks over there. 10/10 hyper recommend.
Vegetarian options: You can customize pizza with a bunch of different vegetarian options. Also there’s breadsticks and pasta and dessert options that are vegetarian. There’s also vegan options.
They don't have beer anymore and the pizza is not the greatest

Horrible food late and cold ordered drinks didn't receive them and when asked if I still wanted them? Of course I do I paid for them. Proceeds to say her next delivery is out on 224 and could I wait for the drinks? No I can not..I live 3 mins away you can't go get the drinks then do your delivery? She then says no. So now cold pizza and no pop. Absolutely horrible Tried calling multiple times kept getting a call center. Van wert PIZZA HUT TRASH

Sad to see how bad this place has gotten. It's to come here for family gatherings monthly for years. Was always good until a couple years ago. I live out of state now but when I come back to visit I would come for some good breadsticks and pizza. Visit a couple years ago i was told they no longer have the breadsticks I liked. Ok not a big deal. Ordered a pizza and was disappointed. Tried again on my next visit, even worse. Skipped it on my next trip but wanted to try again even after my family told me it was not good. They were right, it was really bad. How is it even possible to have a "fresh" pizza turn out hard and taste like day old dry reheated pizza?
