It’s a little strange - like finding a secret door to get into a speakeasy during prohibition. Ok. It’s not that dramatic, but you do need to go to a different little cash register perched at the end of the Hot Heads counter. And you order from an inconspicuous, overhead menu board with a separate menu from the franchise.
I get a double with egg and cheese with onion, pickle and mustard. Perfect sandwich.
This has quickly become one of my favorite stops in Van Wert. And it does feel like a secret club.
Parking: Also is a drive thru if you aren’t up for the intrigue and mystique of the secret food club of ordering inside.

They have the best sausage sandwiches. Just do not ask for ketchup.

The food and service was excellent. I had the smoked & pulled (pulled pork) sandwich with spicy sweet sauce. It had great flavor. The food was made to order and it was quick. The only issue is that the place is a little hard to find because it is at the same counter as Hot Head Burritos inside the gas station. I didn't see signs out front stating that Rager Burger was located in the same building. Maybe there were signs, but I didn't see them. I only went inside because Google Maps showed that they were at that location. I would definitely eat there again if I was in the area.

Food and service were great. Place was rather small for 2 restaurants to cohabit, nontheless.. the environment was very clean and neat

Very poor management. Very poor service. The owner cusses his employees out infront of everyone and is closing down because all the employees quit because he refused to pay them. 0/10 would not recommend!!! Lets keep this place closed

Awful, disrespectful owner

A bit confusing-look for the black chalk board to the right of hot heads and order there. Sausage is made in house and is very tasty. Fries were good as was the “dough boy”. Price was very reasonable too!
It was alright

So this actually isn't the restaurant that's there anymore. It's now Hothead Burritos, which is an establishment like Chipotle. It's very good food, clean and fast. I highly recommend it!

This is hands down the worst food I've had from a restaurant since 2020. Just go into the gas station and get a bag of chips instead.
Ive added a photo of my disgusting sandwich since the owner believes my review is fake. Paper thin overcooked bacon on top of a patty that was also overcooked on a dirty grill. Then it was paired with limp, soggy, flavorless french fries. Ive also included a photo of over half the sandwich going into the trash can, which is where it belongs.
