Online order that was ready for take away ahead of promised time !! Big plus , it was between dinner / supper rush. Supper for two , excellent Spring Rolls to start , split the Crabee burger [ it's huge & well topped ] one with fries ( comes with the meal ) & other with lomein noodles .. then split the city ( Van Wert ) signature roll. Two good experiences with take away at Saisaki Van Wert , and will keep returning.

The food was extraordinarily delicious!! I highly recommend the crab rangoons, as well as the burger and fries! My online order didn’t go through right away, but the host was very gracious in getting it pushed through quickly, even offering me water while I waited. I would most definitely order again!

Portions and flavors not what I've come to expect from similar places. Portion smaller for price tag and flavors wasn't there left most of roll I ordered and yakisoba was not pleasant. However server was able to get answers quick if not known. friendly and polite.

UPDATE: My food finally arrived around 8:43 p.m.—nearly two hours after I placed my online order. There was no apology from the restaurant and zero accountability. It shouldn’t be the customer’s job to track down or coordinate their own delivery. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.
Avoid ordering online—especially for delivery. I placed an order through the restaurant’s own website at 6:59 p.m. and called at 8:10 p.m. to check the status. They told me my food was ready, but since it was a delivery order (which I had already paid for), I asked when it would arrive. I was then told I needed to contact DoorDash, even though I hadn’t ordered through their app. When I asked to cancel, they refused. After the call, the delivery time was suddenly pushed back to 8:30 p.m. Terrible customer service—they clearly didn’t care about resolving the issue.
