Im sick and tired of how trash the taco bell in van wert is. Done going here. Its either the teens in the back are more focused on talking to there friends or not even making something on the menu. I ordered a certain burrito and they made something with just beef and lettuce.

The taco shells were all soggy with grease and fell apart. The Mexican pizzas had hardly no meat and all beans and was on 1 side, the other side had nothing. The chicken flat bread was dry inside and out. The bread was cracking as I bit into it. I have eaten at a lot of taco bells and this is by far the worst yet. Never again at this location.

We live in Ohio City so its always a big deal for us to go back into van wert especially if we were just already there. Had Ordered taco bell, made it hone and started eating only to find out that we were missing a taco and half the order was made wrong. Called the store and they said if we came back to ask for Alli. My loving husband went for me as im 8 months pregnant and thoroughly exhausted all the time. He got there to have the order corrected. Drove back home and..... order is still wrong! After making a second trip into town to have them correct their mistake and still managed to mess it up. Says everything correct on the receipt but made wrong. Worst service I've had from this place in awhile. Honestly is going to make me think twice about paying for food to just have it wrong and the waste of gas money.

Very disappointed it's been 20 minutes since I've placed my order at the thing I've moved one car length currently been stuck in the drive thru no way to even leave if I wanted to very very dissatisfied. An hour total wait isn't worth it for any restaurant especially fast food 🤬🤬🤬. Taco bell you 1000% lost my business. Very lucky there isn't an emergency where we have to leave the drive thru. 0/10 0 stars if I could....

I ordered pickup for my food and I did a soft taco meat and cheese only and they added lettuce so I put no lettuce and they put lettuce on it when I got home I opened it and they were full of lettuce. I called and they said since it was a "DoorDash" which it was an order through the taco bell app and it was picked up by myself that they can't remake it.

Taco bell, van wert ohio, didn't know how to make a baha blast dream.they put a little whip cream on a regular Bahamas blast that was Luke warm and non of our drinks had. Won't be returning to this location

Everytime I go here it's a problem. Last time I got a $60+ order that I used the mobile app for and they had 30 minutes to make. Still managed to mess it up, idk if it's the manager or high schoolers working but someone doesn't know how to read. Smashed food, smaller portions than any taco bell (only get this taco bell when I'm working), they don't steam the flat bread for cheesy ordinary crunch. Like if I'm gonna pay for the food, make it right. Idc how much you get paid, your at work. Gets take the heat get tf out the kitchen. Just informed that the chips were stale too ?
