First, thanks for being open including dining room. Used the kiosk to make a few customizations and all the food came out as ordered. Whole place was clean and plenty of wet floor signs and extra mats due to weather. Even food was fresh made it wasn't overly hot

Waiting at the counter to place an order and hear an employee say this is gross and nasty, I'm taking a picture so I look over to see where she's looking at all disgusted and I say OH REALLY? and she tells another employee to take care of the customers order and I said OH NO or something like that and walked right back out.

i understand how it feels to have customers come late and such, i used to work in fast food but this is ridiculous. people work late and can be up late, last thing i want when i open my food is a half ass taco.

First of all they don't serve breakfast like every other Taco Bell. Then I order a nacho bell grande and find an old nasty piece of cardboard box in it and when I take it back to the counter I am treated like I'm lieing and I was told I could get another nacho only not my money back completely unbelievable DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. the last thing I wanted was more food from them but the manager acted like it was normal procedure and did not act surprised at all. Worst Nastiest restaurant I have ever been too not to mention the customer service there isn't enough room on Google for all the things I can say that were wrong. Just steer clear of this place unless you want to eat garbage

I am done with the taco bell in van wert I asked for 2 sides of rice and I got at least a 1/4 of a scoop of rice in both bowls both bowls fit into one bowl, and not to mention the service it was OK but I have had better and the customer should not hear the manager and the employees cussing and complaining saying that they wish customers would just get things off the menu and not change them. Needless to say they lost my business and im pretty sure they will lose more if the staff doesn't change and if the management doesn't change I will not be back so rude and disrespectful.
