All the food was good! I had the turkey, avocado, flatbread thing and it was delicious! They have homemade chips too and they were good too! I would recommend they make a homemade French dip for the chips, that would be a big hit!

We were seated promptly and our waitress was very sweet, she took our drink and food orders in a timely manner. She was also great about coming by and refilling our drinks. Unfortunately it took an hour to get our appetizer and another half hour after that to get our meals. The food was ok, but barely warm, not hot like it had all just been prepared. Please don't blame it on being a busy night. If you have room to seat the number of people, you need to make sure that you can serve that many people in a timely manner! Bottom line. Unfortunately the food was not great enough for me to want to wait an hour and half for my meal on another night. I won't be going back.

We spent last evening on the patio welcoming home an old classmate from the Lincolnview Class of 1971. We had not seen Lee in over 40 years. It was a beautiful evening. Shout out to our waitress, I believe her name was Diana, she was absolutely amazing. She took care of us the entire evening, and was so friendly. The food, as usual, was delicious!! Van Wert is so lucky to have such a wonderful place to dine, have a cocktail or just have a great get-together with old friends!! Thanks to you all!

We had reservations @ 6:00 PM. We arrived at 5:55PM and were not seated until 6:35PM. We were told two different stories on why we didn't have a table. We asked to talk to the manager, and it took her 10 mins to come out and talk to us. I understand things happen, but I dont understand or appreciate being blown off by the manager. She never tried to come up with a solution or rectify the issue. She simply turned and walked away. We never saw her again. She didn't even come out to our table for a courtesey check. The food was good and our poor waitress did the best could to make things right.

We had reservations at 6:15. We arrived at 6:05 and was promptly seated. A waitress greeted us and took our drink order within 5 minutes, delivered our drinks within 5 minutes and took our orders for 2 people. Our appetizer arrived within 15 minutes. Unfortunately after that we had to ask twice where our meal was and was told they were busy and we came at a bad time. Finally at 7:10 our food came. We purposely made the reservations because we had tickets for an event at 7:30. This is definitely poor kitchen management. If we would have known upon arrival that they couldn’t serve us in a timely manner we wouldn’t have stayed. We weren’t the only guests that experienced this unacceptable delay of food service; others had to get their food to go and never even got to eat it. The final straw was when the waitress shared they didn’t have enough staff! If they don’t have sufficient staff then they shouldn’t seat people or accept reservations. Our waitress was kind however shouldn’t be put in the position to handle this poor service resulting from poor management—we never even saw a manager!
