ALWAYS look at the bag before leaving the drive thru line. Employee double checked what my order was, confirmed with them and they still forgot an item.
Was also told that they don't print receipts for the drive thru line. WHO doesn't give a customer their receipt for items purchased?
I was sitting in the drive thru line waiting on food when I see a kid on a bike roll up behind me and knock on the window. He then proceeds to knock on the locked door and someone walks up and let’s him in. Clearly the inside is locked, and it’s only 8:45. I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes, and people behind me have been given their food. I can see kids goofing off inside, but alas. No food.
