Not the best Arby's experience we've had. We waited well over 10 minutes for 2 Roast Beef Sandwiches & 2 orders of Curly Fries - Had I not paid, we would've have left & gone somewhere else. In addition to waiting, our food wasn't even hot...my husband was able to eat his sandwich, but I didn't finish mine because it was so rubbery / super chewy. Lastly, it could've just been the day, but they were out of at least 6 items on the menu.

It says open till 10:00 but they weren't answering the drive-thru at 9:30. It's happened before at this location, but that was when their closing time was listed even earlier, so I thought the hours were fixed. That has been very frustrating, but at least one of the managers at this location is very helpful and the food has always been fine, so I will return, just not drive out of my way or count on them, since they aren't reliable.

I love Arby's fish sandwiches, but this one was covered with brown, wilted lettuce. Really? I was shocked. Funny thing -- I pulled the brown lettuce off and the sandwich was still good. I just think there could be more quality control. Come on guys!
