This was the worst bagel I ever had. I swear they put mayo on my bagel instead of butter. They claim they have no mayo. whatever it was it was not butter. I asked for a refund and got nothing because they don't have mayo. I had two bites and threw it out. How can you mess up a bagel with butter? Trying to pass something off as butter that taste nothing like butter. It didn't even melt!!!! SMH Stay clear of the place lots of other options in the airport.
I was disappointed with my bagel. It wasn't fresh -- don't know how old it was. I thought it would be warmed up before they but the cream cheese on it. it was cold and not enjoyable. I do believe I would've liked it if it had been warmed up to soften the bread.

Jalen did a fabulous job this morning keeping the line moving and providing awesome customer service! Yummy breakfast sandwich that hits the spot. Their hours open before most other places in the entire airport. (Get salt and pepper with the breakfast sandwich.)
