November 29th I ordered on the app and by some computer glitch they only received half the order. When I came for the rest of my food they made me pay for it again even though they and I were fully aware that I had actually paid for and ordered the food already like seen the charge on my bank account and the app. Today I ordered 2 breakfast baconators for home and there was no bacon. Went back. Dining room locked. Told the guy in the drive thru. He said they were out of bacon....

The guy at the counter didn't even know if we had all of our food there, and I ordered biggie bag and with my nuggets I got two regular nuggets on top and two spicy at the bottom, like the cook didn't want to make more regular nuggets and not to mention the floors were extremely sticky and gross 🤢🤮
