We went through the drive thru. We ordered 1 hot coffee and 1 iced. Both light sugar and cream. When we got to the window they tried to give us them both hot. We waited while they made us a cold drink. The hot one was very sweet and the cold one was bitter. We did not finish either one because they were not good. I ordered the cold coffee all the time, so it was either a bad day or just how this location makes it. We also had donuts which of course were fine.

Coffee is usually always great. But the hot food, without fail, ALWAYS tastes like the dirty, old oven the food is heated up in. It's disgusting and always disappointing.

Waited ten minutes for a simple coffee and it was as if no one cared. It looked like the staff was having a good time and I am happy for you all to have a fun place to work, but you shouldn’t forget that you are there to serve the customers. I ended up walking out without a coffee because I am pretty sure I could have been there another ten minutes and no one would have remembered me. Places like this are getting worse at service. I’ll bet the manager reads this and still won’t care.

After pulling up to the drive through and being told (after five minutes) "we'll be right with you", one would expect to hear back fairly soon after. We waited another 10 minutes and there was zero response. This could be somewhat excused if the shop was slammed, or the staff were on the loo, but it wasn't and they weren't. After driving around and noticing at least two employees chatting away, then coming back after a quick trip to the bank and still having zero response as they chatted away, I think the staff did a cracking job at earning themselves a generous one star.

Slowest Dunkin on the planet. Nobody in line, nobody at counter inside, took them 20 min to make a coffee. Maybe they brewed it on the spot. The location I frequent can have cars wrapped around the building and get coffee out faster than this location with 1 car. Avoid if at all possible

Normally have good service at DD but today’s was exceptional. A big thank you to Jordan (I think that was his name?) for his patience and kindness towards my newly licensed teen driver as they stumbled though their first drive through ordering experience and panicked. He went out of his way to make sure she knew it was ok and was super friendly to her at the window.

My kids love going here for a quick treat. The Dunkin is attached to a Mickey Mart at a gas station. It is right off the highway so super nice for out of towners. Line gets pretty long in the morning but they move quick. I have ordered on the app, in the drive thru, & inside. Always fast, fresh, & works are super nice. I love this dunkin.
Vegetarian options: Avocado toast
Parking: It is at a gas station but there is plenty of parking in front and back,
