Everytime I order a chai tea latte through DoorDash, I literally get a cup of milk with flavored syrup?? $6+ dollars for milk!! It even looks like milk not a chai latte. But when I order it in person it’s right. Right color and everything. What is going on??

The people who work in the morning are the best! They are all so nice. Night people are totally different. They always hide in the back and won’t take your order. I love the morning people though so that makes up for it. Highly recommend stopping by in the morning or early afternoon if you want the best service and want your drinks made correctly!

My drink had all ice in it & I asked to scan my rewards and the person that was helping me was rude & told me too bad. It was too late and I should have scanned my rewards before hand. She was very unhelpful and rude. Won’t be back here.

I’ve never been to a good Dukin’ but this was amazing. They were so warm and inviting! We were cracking jokes and overall just having a good time. The munchinkins were so good as well! The women at the counter was so sweet and nice to me.Muchkins were a solid 6/10 which is amazing because usually they’re a 2/10

Service is fast considering the amount of cars lined up at the drive through. This was my 3rd and absolute LAST time going to this DD. I just moved here and tried this one as its on my way to work. As mentioned today was my 3rd time ordering from here. I get the same thing each time, Coffee and a Bagel with Cream Cheese. All 3 times when I open up the bagel it has had hair in it. The coffee is always luke warm at best. A health inspection of this DD is probably due! Avoid this one unless you like hair in your food and luke warm coffee.

I got a hot chocolate and donut. I don’t understand how they could mess it up, but they did! Literally could have bought Swiss mix and made better. It seems they just put a little hot chocolate powder and some water and didn’t even bother to mix it. They also said they couldn’t heat up the donut which made no sense.
This isnt really a sit down kind of Dunkin'. Its small but clean, their service inside is fast and polite. The drive thru is always packed and kudos to those workers that muscle through that morning rush everyday.

Stop throwing your donuts away before you close, I see around 150-200 an hour before you close and I come back 10 min before close and see no donuts and this location doesn’t sell that many donuts that fast at that time of the
