I had the pleasure of enjoying a catered lunch with friends in Vermilion. The chicken salad on croissants were the best that I’ve ever had. The salads were excellent. There wasn’t anything that wasn’t tasty. Our dessert was a carrot cake and cookies. We had many excellent cooks, teachers, home economics instructors and well fed husbands among us who all raved about the cookies and lunch.Especially, the chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. Also loved the brown butter rice krispy treats, homemade sourdough crackers, dirty martini dip, buckeye fudge, dill pickle pasta salad, and snack mix.
Will definitely go back next time we're in town.
