The tables appeared dirty. The restrooms were filthy. I ordered the bacon egg cheese bagel. There was only 2 tiny strips of bacon on it for a 7 dollar sandwich. UPDATE: I did return a couple months later and the place was very clean. The meat on steak egg and cheese bagel only covered half of the sandwich which I thought was strange.

Not for the first time, this McDonald’s completely messed up my burger. I ordered a double QP with only cheese & ketchup, but the staff completely disregarded it and put everything on it anyways, hiding the pickles under a slice of cheese (badly, luckily), the onions under the whole burger, and letting the mustard blend in with the cheese under the ketchup. None of those toppings(/condiment) were supposed to be on my burger, I made sure to take them off in the app & double check. The label on the box said XTRA AMRCN CHEESE and ONLY KETCHUP. I am, understandably, furious that this has happened again.

this used to be such a good McDonald's but has completely gone to crap. every time I come here it takes so long to get basic things. And the drive thru is completely pointless because 1 side always goes faster, whis is BS and then every car has to pull forward and wait for over 10--15 minutes or more just to get your food. It's McDonald's for Pete's sake, not some gourmet shit.
