I ordered 2 icecream cones the first one came in 2 minutes the second one 15 mins later the employees love to ignore customers the older lady talks to her employees rudely she must be a manager but she was pissed Blake was cleaning and not watching the counter even though some trash bag lady let her kids spill food all over the play area under the table and Blake was over there cleaning it up it’s unprofessional to talk down to your employees especially when their are people waiting all I know is Blake was cleaning up making shit nice and that lady should be thankful for that

Some of the worst McDonald's I've ever had. Two bites was all it took. Grease was dripping off the sandwich, and the bun was completely soaked. Beyond disgusting. But at least the coke was cold. Had to get a refund it was that bad.

I haven't had McDonald's in almost ten years, but I hadn't eaten at yesterday morning or lunch and I drive from my hometown to see specialist due to a rare lung disease and I had to have labs fasting of course so I didn't eat until after 3:30 yes I will say it's was the best service ever. Things were new you do your order on a self checkout board which a young man yes a worker came and helped me with my order. I smiled and thanked him and he went back to work. Man everything was hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 yes I see myself stopping there all the time when in Lakewood Ohio the staff was so awesome if I could I'd give them ten stars. Thank you McDonald's in Lakewood Ohio see you all soon.❤️❤️❤️

The tables appeared dirty. The restrooms were filthy. I ordered the bacon egg cheese bagel. There was only 2 tiny strips of bacon on it for a 7 dollar sandwich. UPDATE: I did return a couple months later and the place was very clean. The meat on steak egg and cheese bagel only covered half of the sandwich which I thought was strange.
Not for the first time, this McDonald’s completely messed up my burger. I ordered a double QP with only cheese & ketchup, but the staff completely disregarded it and put everything on it anyways, hiding the pickles under a slice of cheese (badly, luckily), the onions under the whole burger, and letting the mustard blend in with the cheese under the ketchup. None of those toppings(/condiment) were supposed to be on my burger, I made sure to take them off in the app & double check. The label on the box said XTRA AMRCN CHEESE and ONLY KETCHUP. I am, understandably, furious that this has happened again.

Young girl handed me a root beer with lid half off and it was all sticky and dripping all over and so it had gotten all over my car then rolled her eyes and sighed when i asked for some napkins!! Younger generation has no type of respect or work ethic.
