I really wanted this place to be a top-tier spot, and the staff certainly delivered on their end. The service here is truly amazing—quick, friendly, and attentive. The commitment of the team is why this restaurant has such high potential. However, the food quality was inconsistent and had a few critical flaws. The fresh-cut fries were good, but they were extremely salty. I highly recommend they hold back on the seasoning and let the customer salt them to taste, as the heavy hand with the shaker was quite off-putting. The pizza itself has potential, but the sauce was unfortunately a major issue. It had a strange, off-putting flavor that left a metallic, iron aftertaste. This is something that needs immediate attention, as it undermines the entire dish. Similarly, the garlic knots were very chewy and lacked any discernible flavor

Really good pizza, thin crust could be a little thinner for me but sauce was really good, sausage outstanding and the veggie pizza was loaded and fresh. Favorite local pizza by far. Owner and staff were super nice and really care about and value the customer.

Pizza Galley is awesome. Today the are training a new person no big deal and they got me my pizza in 7 minutes. I tipped them 100% for a fantastic job and Pizza. Thank you Pizza Galley ❤️

Gives exactly what it is. Small town family pizza place and its perfect ! The staff is beyond wonderful and the food is amazing !! Best pizza literally ever and they have monthly recipes that are always delicious. A must stop when passing through vermilion
