We order pizzas, cheesy bread and boneless wings and the food was amazing! It was the best pizza we have had from Pizza Hut in a long time! It was even great as leftovers the next day! I called to make sure the GM told whoever made the pizzas to keep up the great work!

I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. I used the app, because it said using the app means quicker service. App said 35-45 minutes, sure. Fine. Purchased at 5:28pm delivered at 6:37pm. It was cold. I wish it wasn't like this, but imma go somewhere else from now on. Pizza was good, wings were...ok I guess. Thanks pizza hutt.

Ordered online. Estimated delivery 4:00. Call at 4:30, rude lady said she doesn't have a delivery driver until after 5:00 then hung up on me. So since I'm now hangry i thought i'd bring down the rating a little.

They dropped my pizza. I didn't have time to wait for another to be made and canceled order but no refund issued. Never going back again.

I called the store at 10:35 and didnt get an answer so I called an additional 2 more times finally received an answer on the third try the lady that answered the phone was rude and told me the store was closed and that it was closing early for the whole week. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t take my order because she closed out the cash and didn’t want to reopen it. She then placed me on hold for 3 minutes then asked me what I wanted to order I told her I would like to order a couple large pan pizzas she then stated to me that she would place my order and have it ready for tomorrow and that she would give me a discount for the wait. I told her that I could not wait till tomorrow that I was hungry tonight and she told me that there was nothing she could do for me then placed me back on hold for and additional minute then stated to me that she couldn’t take my order under the circumstances that’s she didn’t believe that I was hungry and wanted to order she proceeded to call me a liar. Then told me the only way she would place my order is if I came in and proved myself. I then stated that I did not like being called a liar or being denied service or her rude demeanor and stated to her that I would be contacting corporate afterwards she hung up on me
My family has been ordering from here since 2011, it has been in rotation for years and we haven’t had any major issues. Today we tried to order online and the website wasn’t working. We called the store and received a call center then had to be transferred to the store to place our order. The young man who took our order seemed new which I won’t hold against him. After we placed our order we received a text saying that our order was being delivered by DoorDash. We called the store (call center then transferred to store again) and then explained that since they don’t have any drivers right now they outsource to DoorDash and just choose not to notify customers of this. When I asked about the delivery fee he said “$4 or something like that”. I was annoyed but left it at that., then our order was delivered to the incorrect address and half the order was incorrect. Once again we had to go through transfers to speak with someone and we got the “manager” (Michael?) and explained that the food was wrong he said “I’m pretty sure that’s what you got but I guess I’ll just re ring everything” and then said it was be 45 minutes. Overall this location has gone so far down hill and from what I’ve heard from others this isn’t uncommon. We won’t been ordering from here again which is a shame because we’ve been customer for over a decade. There’s too many pizza places in this town for this to be acceptable.

Wings were ok pizza dough was not cooked called and talked to Chris he said put it in the oven on 350 for a half hour..I just waited a hour to get it. Then I told him I was gonna put a review and he said have a nice day..he could at least said I'm sorry it happened as my order was 63.00 I will never order from them again and nothing was hot when it got here and I am on highbridge 3 minutes away...what a waste of money...NEVER AGAIN
Hung up on me twice. I was trying to order a deep dish pizza and wanted to know if that's what they meant by a pan pizza. No one ever answered my question they just hung up.

The pizza had that 3 day old, leftover, dry pizza texture and taste. Which kinda makes sense, since I had to wait at the drive thru window so long before anyone came around.
