We used to be regulars. Every once and a while we try again, but I'm not sure why. The order is always wrong and takes forever. You have great food and potential. You need a store manager!

Decent food, all my coworkers recommended it, so I made a large order from them for an office party (we're talking several hundred dollars worth of food).
The lady who was manning the counter was rather rude - and I know it's not necessarily expected but when it's one customer picking up three huge pizzas you'd think it would be decent to at least to offer to hold the door for them (this was not at a busy time FYI - I was the only person picking up pizza). Nope, did not occur to them, and after struggling for several minutes I had to nearly go back into the kitchen to find someone to come and help me, which they did reluctantly. Let's just say there's other places to buy pizza in Vermilion that treat you with far more decency, and I'll be ordering from those from now on!

It. 'S.A. Shame they used to have the best rib dinner in the whole entire area. News to get a rib dinner at least once a week. Now, maybe once a year. Our overall quality has gone downhill.

Anytime I'm in town (from Michigan) visiting my BFF and her family, I always make her get us some good Ole smokin Joe's. Had just about everything from here and it's all good. Never a complaint.
My niece had Smokin Joes deliver a Rib dinner for 2 to our home. Ribs, fries, salad French bread, barbecue sauce and salad dressing. There was enough for 4 people. It was delish! Also great service and on time delivery.
