I love this place. However, I'm not 100% sure why my food was delivered cold. Maybe they were short-handed and / or very busy, but thats not an excuse for cold food. Everything was cold, the ribs, onion rings, and the cheese bread. The ribs normally fall off the bone, but not todays order. I am very disappointed with todays order.
