The nastiest Taco Bell I have ever ordered. My soft shell tacos were hard. I didn’t get any sauce that I asked for. And I definitely didn’t get my drink. Poor excuse of a restaurant.

This is the worst Taco Bell anywhere service wise. Don't know why I am dumb enough to continue to walk into this place. I keep giving them a chance and I am disappointed every time this is fast food, it took 19 minutes today to get a lux box and a Mexican pizza. Just Taco Bell is owned by Mickey Mart... Their corporate offices should come in here and take a look at this manager and fire them immediately. This is not a one-time experience here, these people are working. A minimum wage job should be paid. Minimum wage higher an extra person. I have never seen service this bad at a Taco Bell ,ever! I do not especially like leaving bad reviews for businesses. The food is fine but the service is horrible. Every time I come in here.... I will not be revisiting this particular Taco Bell. This was their last chance.

My fault for not checking my bag but I was missing half of my order. Add that to the generic AI voice taking orders in the drive thru and I realize why I rarely get fast food anymore.

Terrible service. They left off 2 tacos out of my bag. Didn't give any mild sauce when we asked for 2. They are so slow took 30 min to get our food. It was cold. This location is so bad

You are only getting one star because it made me. Every time I come there. My order gets messed up. It's not that hard to read an order and make it the correct way.

Nice place forquick bite. It was about 15 mins away from toll road. Good service. It is located in a food plaza and Dunkin Donut 🍩 is also there. So good place to stop over.

1.5 months ago, my partner and I went to this taco bell. We ordered the steak nacho fries and birthday cake churro on top of a few other items. When we got home, we realized we hadn't received either. My partner called and very politely spoke to a manager. I wish I remembered his name. He said he would write it down and leave it in the "box".

1 month ago, we returned. They never wrote down what we were missing. My partner re-explained what we were missing. The manager gave us a single Nachos fry (not steak - basically half the value, but covered the value of the churro so it was okay) and nothing else. My partner called because he thought we were getting the steak nacho fry then. The manager admitted to being confused and jumping the gun on giving us the nacho fries. It was fine, he said he would write down the nacho fries and we could return to get them.

Tonight, we went back a third time. My partner announced that he was to get a replacement steak fry, to which the manager immediately became defensive and claimed it had already been resolved. It hadn't. We were still missing about $5 in value from over a month and two visits prior. My partner attempted to explain this but was met with "I'm not trying to argue with you" and "what are you looking to get out of this tonight, sir?" To which my partner just asked what we could get as a replacement and was told we could get a Doritos taco. My partner agreed, despite that item not covering the value of what we were originally missing because the managers attitude made it seem like we were just trying to get free items - we just wanted what we paid for.

It's $8, I would've never made this review if the manager, despite acting "friendly", hadn't been so rude and condescending. Hopefully our order isn't screwed up for a third time because it really just seems like they don't want to get you what you've paid for.

Edit - scratch the Doritos taco. We were supposed to get the free one and there was one with my partners meal. We only got one. So all we've gotten for $8 worth of missing food is attitude, run-around, and $2 worth of "replacements".

Stopped there on my way home today and "Dre" was absolutely amazing and those working with during this time nailed it. Best experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. DRE was so pleasant, efficient, my order was correct and I was throughly impressed. Great job!!!!

Don't try to order online after 7pm. Every single time it just says they close soon. But online says 3am? And the couple times you can get it to go threw half your food is missing. Just go to Cooper Foster foods always neater, never missing your stuff, done faster and, the app actually works.
