Got the pavilion burger, was overcooked, and crunchy (not in a good way)—totally overcooked and maybe a teaspoon of queso. The fries were soggy. Also had the French onion burger which the flavor was good but the burger was well done when asked for medium, was over an inch thick and made it not pleasant. Ordered the blooming onion and was soft and mushy— more raw onion than anything. We ordered and was told it would be 20 minutes, was there within 15 minutes and had a 2 minute drive home, so no excuse for the quality. Highly disappointed with prices they charge and will not be eating there again. Should have walked back out when I seen one couple at the bar and the place was empty.

Once again the Pavilion did it again! Outstanding staff, the cook has got to have magic hands and exceptional taste buds to make dishes like this!! I always know what I’m getting when I order there! French onion burger, ALWAYS with those Brussels sprouts! Culinary bliss! Thank you to all the staff!!!

We came for lunch while visiting Vermillion. We both had soup, creamy tomato bisque, and a French onion, along with a grilled cheese sandwich. Everything was a fantastic, creative approach to everyday favorites.
We will definitely return when we are in the area.

Got takeout. The cheese curds were in a styrofoam container and had multiple quarter-sized holes from where the curds had melted the container. Completely disgusting, threw food away.

The food here is top notch. Fresh home made and delicious. We went around 9am on Sunday morning. The breakfast menu is small but packed with so many good choices. I got the meaty bake and it was so good. The tater tots stole the dish though, in stead of hash browns or home fries they do a home made tater tots and they were to die for. My husband good the classic breakfast and he loved his dish too. We probably should have shared a meal bc the portions are generous. We sat out on the little patio and just love the vibe/atmosphere at the Pavilion. Can not wait to go back for more!

We always loved this place but lately. The food has been either over saucy or too dry or very spicy. When it doesn't even say it's spicy.

First and foremost , food was great , I ordered the black and blue steak salad , this had alot of flavor , steak was cut up just right for the salad. Cooked how I asked. This food was a melt in your mouth so delicious, tried samples of the ribs these are must have !!!! The servise was amazing !!! Was taken care of right away and always made sure things where to our needs ! Atmosphere is a family vibe! Treated as one of their own.

Over all this is a place you must eat at.
