Vermillion Wendy's gave me the best ever service. The sandwich was very hot and plenty of onions like I wanted it to be. The lady who took my order was very nice and polite. This particular business restaurant is in a very nice section of Vermilion, Ohio..There a Linwood Private park near that plenty people visit yearly.

Vermilion has literally hands down the best Wendy's in northeast Ohio!
We are from out of the area so when we went in a bit before 8pm we ordered our food and sat down to eat even though they gave us a to go bag. Then I went up to get dessert. Two employees making food one handing out orders just stared at me but said nothing. Finally an employee mopping the lobby came up to me and let me know the lobby closed at 8pm. We couldn't order more we'd have to go through the drive thru. Seriously? That's so early to close then make me go through the drive thru? Yeah I didn't and I won't return to this location.

I wanted to stop and get something to eat after work. I walk and the front of the store was closed so I went to the drive thru to see if I could get food. I stood there for a bit and no one answered. I let a car pass to get food and the received service immediately :( I stood there for a bit longer and even said a “hello” or two to try to get attention but got nothing. I just wanted some food and I walk to work so :( I do not feel scorned in any way just unseen :(((((

The staff was so sweet. I brought my nephew in and mentioned how he loves SpongeBob and they gave him a whole bunch of SpongeBob stickers! Definitely recommend this Wendy’s! Amazing customer service!
