I wanted to stop and get something to eat after work. I walk and the front of the store was closed so I went to the drive thru to see if I could get food. I stood there for a bit and no one answered. I let a car pass to get food and the received service immediately :( I stood there for a bit longer and even said a “hello” or two to try to get attention but got nothing. I just wanted some food and I walk to work so :( I do not feel scorned in any way just unseen :(((((
The staff was so sweet. I brought my nephew in and mentioned how he loves SpongeBob and they gave him a whole bunch of SpongeBob stickers! Definitely recommend this Wendy’s! Amazing customer service!
Normally love this location but the big boy at the first window was opening what looked like a freezer and fanning himself with the door. If that is a freezer, it cant be good for the foods inside.
