This pretzel shop is located at the food court inside the Erie Islands Ohio Turnpike Service Plaza. While waiting on the line I noticed there was some light verbal altercation between the customer in front of me and the cashier. The gurl at the cashier was definitely not the friendliest staff you'd ever meet. She didn't smile at any customer; pretty much a typical jaded worker, so I couldn't really blame her.
