There was a rush and a language barrier with someone in line, but Jayden and Timmy stayed calm and collected the whole time. “We had lunch this afternoon at the Tin Goose Diner, first time visiting it came highly recommended from my friend Jeff Rahla. We both had smash burgers with iced tea. Our food was very good came out hot. It was a huge bonus getting to watch all the aircraft takeoff and land just outside the diner. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very impressive. Absolutely spotless. Our server, Jacob was very friendly and provided us great service .”

“This is exactly the kind of truck stop drivers hope to find after a long day on the road. The place was extremely clean from the parking lot to the bathrooms, and that makes a huge difference when you’re traveling nonstop. The restrooms were spotless, well stocked, and clearly maintained throughout the day.

Parking was convenient, fuel lanes moved efficiently, and the overall setup was easy to get in and out of even with heavy traffic. Staff was friendly, professional, and treated customers with respect. The store had a solid selection of drinks, snacks, hot food, and road essentials without feeling overcrowded or disorganized.

What really stood out was how clean and organized everything felt. You can tell management takes pride in keeping the property maintained for drivers and travelers. That level of consistency matters when you spend so much time on the interstate.

Definitely one of the better stops along I-80 West and a place I’d gladly stop at again. Highly recommend for truckers, travelers, and anyone needing a clean, reliable break on the road.”

“Unbelievable value for food that fills you up and leaves you wanting more. Be it the pizza, the subs, the wings or appetizers you are getting a dish crafted with care. My favorite is the chicken Alfredo sub and fries 🍟 . My wife loves the taco pizza 🍕 🌮 and my kids love for the cheese pizza followed by a Reese’s ice cream 🍦 If you haven’t you, you should, if you are thinking about it, you must! After reading other reviews, we see that there were complaints about this issue recently. The menu says “Lake Erie perch sandwich”. Nothing about an up charge for Lake Erie perch.”

Lightly breaded and not greasy like the famous one next door. we choose this place all day long over the J Rogers one. Wait staff was so exceptional. A wonderful experience all around. He’s got the service skills of a five-star maître d’ and the sense of humor of a stand-up comic on Taco Tuesday. David kept our chips full, our drinks topped off, and our table laughing like we were at a comedy club that served enchiladas. He even remembered our complicated order without writing it down — either he’s a wizard or he’s got Bluetooth hooked up to the kitchen. Whatever you’re paying David… triple it.
