Cam in from out of town and thought I’d order Napoli’s, definitely disappointed. The large is now a medium, the crust taste and looks different, and the bacon topping was scarce to none.

I love Napolis food. There is nothing that comes close to the service and food of Napolis. Tonight, the food was not great. The Baby Napolis was sub -par. The peppers were pretty much absent and the bread was soggy. The pizza wasn’t hot but I put it in my oven and it was delicious. The wings were very good.

I dine here weekly. The spaghetti and meatballs are phenomenal.The meatballs taste exactly like my own and our families. Hard to find another duplicate other than Buca Di Beppo. I always order 5 meatballs( they are that good) whatever I have leftover for the next day.The breads tucks arrive at your table hot and delicious. The service is next to none. Every waitress that has served me are all very friendly...A very relaxing atmosphere.....

Im speaking from experience I used to work here and their food is the freshest pizza around new fresh everything delivered every day very good pizza if I must say

We ate at Napoli’s while living in Belpre. Now every time we are in town it is our first restaurant to eat. If we’re passing through, we get it to go.
Update on previous post. When the pizza arrived we had ordered the large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and it had NO pepperoni and it was cold

Very disappointed. My coworkers and I placed an online order at 11:15am. Received a confirmation message that the order was placed and should be ready/delivered by 11:45am. 12:15pm we called and asked the status of the order and we were told it is in the oven because they got several call orders and they process those first and do internet last. Very poor management or store processes. Orders should be processed in the order they come in -- NOT after. As I write this, it is 12:35pm and there is still NO pizza. At 12:15pm the only thing offered was we could cancel our order. We did not as we were assured that it should come out in a few more minutes. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF YOU WANT TIMELY DELIVERY AS WE WERE ADVISED BY THE STAFF WHEN WE CALLED.

Ordered a large pep.and sausage pizza. Went and picked it up. Got back to work after the guy in the drive thru read my order to me. Opened it up at work was only pepperoni. Call Napolis to tell them , was on hold for about 10 minutes so they could figure what to do ,then another operator got on the phone wanted to know if i wanted to drive Back and switch the pizza out.Was hoping they would bring one out to switch since I was at work and it was their mistake. I might have taken it back if I wasn’t on hold for about 10 minutes . We only have a 30 minute lunch. Poor customer service,

It took nearly an hour for my food to get done, it tasted awful, especially for the $20 price, and there was only one worker there. If you're ever considering going here, DON'T

Order two burgers and fries the burger were cold called back at 9:45 to ask about the order. Told them about the problem, since it was so late I ask for credit not refund, just the next time to cover the cost of burgers. Said they could not do that. What ever happened to customer service. I just paid 30.00+ for cold food with no results. I will be sure to let anyone in the community that I know about this experience.
