“For the past two and a half years I’ve regularly ordered online for pickup. An average of once a week.
I’ve never had an issue with wrong or missing items.
The manager is awesome. (Pretty sure it’s a different manager than reviews from a few years ago.)

The ONLY complaint I have is one high school/just graduated employee must think people hate all veggies, because it doesn’t matter if I ask for extra or leave a note to basically make it a salad, she does NOT like putting lettuce/veggies on sandwiches.
Every time I pull up and see her car there, my head hangs because I know there’s gonna be pretty much nothing on my sandwich, no matter what I put in my order.

“Today my mom, my sister, and I went to Outback in memory of my dad. Today was his birthday and we lost him a little over a year ago. We ordered a beer for him and had his picture on the table. Our waitress was an absolute gem and the manager came over to express her sympathy to us and give us a smile. When we went to pay we were told our meal was on the house. We’ve always loved Outback and this extremely kind act is a reason why.”
