“The Bistro is our new favorite Marietta place to eat. We appreciate the ambiance, which is as important to us as the food. The lighting is perfect, the spacing of tables is thoughtful, cloth napkins and tablecloths, a peaceful quiet atmosphere and a great wait staff. Plus. Excellent food. The scallops are to die for ~ the chef knows how not to overcook seafood, a rare talent. We took out-of-town family there during the recent Ice Festival and they were impressed. A big compliment as they live in a large city and eat out often. Highly recommend.”

“My wife and I have eaten at the Dog Haus for years. The owner and employees treat us like family. The food, including desserts, is homemade and very delicious. Ribs are excellent. It’s your fault if you leave hungry, cause portions are generous. Overall a great place to have lunch or dinner.”

“Yesterday was our first time dining here and we cannot say enough good things about it! We came in kind of early for dinner (around 4 pm) and by 9 pm my husband was ready to come back to eat again. “Stopped here on a road trip and had an excellent experience. Very nice people, historic/quaint atmosphere and the food was very good. The menu is fairly sophisticated for a small town restaurant. We tried a couple of the pasta dishes and burgers. All excellent and the pasta was clearly fresh made in house. The French onion soup was great and very true to how it’s supposed to be with a traditional crock, Gruyère and croutons. Kids menu are pretty good size portions and should be good for most kids. We tried 3 desserts and all were tasty.

“They have excellent food. The chips and shells are particularly well done and the rice is fluffy and delicious. The only problem is that the salsa is subpar, quite bitter and not tasty. The salsa alone is what keeps this from being a monthly consideration to a quarterly option. Compared to their outstanding chips, the salsa is beyond a disappointment and more of an a disgrace. The entrees are well portioned and come out hot. Service is typical.”

“I recently used there catered menu for work employees appreciation meal. To feed 35. Ordered on line, simple easy to use, had a couple questions, got answered easily. I choose to pick up and food was ready exactly when I requested it to be. It came with stands and little burners to keep hot, very easy and simple to use/setup. Come with everything you need, bowls, forks, serving spoons and tong’s, etc. And the food was very good, everyone enjoyed! I give two thumbs up!”

“Every single one of their wines are extremely high quality. Can confirm as I did the 'around the world' tasting of his varieties of European and American grape wines. I learned more in that one tasting than in HUNDREDS of hours of youtube videos. Want to say thank you again to the owner for all the information! And also, if you see it, the raspberry chocolate wine is worth grabbing several bottles for your personal collection. Clean, smooth, chocolatey with a berry aftertaste.

On a side note, I will find the most delicious resiling in the state. (Bucket List) So far Wine Tree has taken the golden crown.

Final Side note: The Chocolate Chip Cookies. Go. Do. (You wont be sorry you did.)
