DaVinci's Italian Restaurant receives mixed reviews. Service is described as great, exceptional, or outstanding, with mentions of an excellent server named Alex and a nice waitress. However, some guests report a rude hostess who made them feel unwelcome, tarnishing first impressions. The food receives varied opinions: some find it incredible, fantastic, and a must-visit, while others feel it is just ok or disappointing. Specific complaints include bland sauce on the chicken parmesan that tasted like cheap jar sauce, garlic knots with too much garlic and butter, and a changed recipe for the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, which was once the gold standard. Recommended meals include the ravioli and fettuccine. The crème brûlée for dessert is highlighted as really good. Atmosphere issues include a screaming kid at a loud table of obnoxious adults, with management criticized for allowing this. The restaurant is considered better than Olive Garden, but some guests say it is their first and last trip.
