do not doordash from here. ordered several times. prepares a simple sub for over 45 minutes so the dasher can’t pick it up in time. this has happened too many times to count.(yes i order with plenty of time for them to complete). anyways, assuming they get to take it home for dinner. tonight my dasher shows up, oh wow they’re closed. 35 minutes before closing. bunch of bs if you ask me. wasted my money, time as well as the dasher coming to get the meal to deliver. i won’t be ordering here again it’s simply pathetic. thanks for making me order from a gas station this 12 hr shift bc all else is closed. was looking forward to an actual meal.

The chicken on my sandwich was obviously bad. Parts of it were grey, while the rest of the chicken was stark white. I double checked the website and it states that all white meat chicken is used for rotisserie. So it was not dark meat cooked too long. It’s grey. No one at the store will answer my calls. My husband picked up dinner for me and the kids on his way to work because one of my children has pneumonia and has been sick all week and I was too tired to cook. Now I am starving with nothing to eat. I’m disgusted. Didn’t really feel like getting food poisoning when I’m trying to take care of a seriously ill child.

Pickup is easy and fast and sndwhiches were not messy. Food was exactly as expected.
We placed an online order, Food was ice cold and completely wrong on the order.. called to talk to the Manager on Duty and was told the manager wasn't there and no one was in charge. Very unsatisfied .
I usually have a wonderful experience here. Today the managers wife thought I had been rude to her daughter prior because they ran out of ham when I was only explaining my son won't eat anything else so I would need a refund. She was way out of line for acting how she did today. I usually get 5 subs and tip for our online order 10-20$ dollars. Also I pick it up myself. So they just make my subs, I will not tip anymore if it is the manager or his wife. They kids I will. But she was way out of line how she "took it personal" when there was nothing said other than my son won't eat a sub other than ham. I didn't need another sub for anyone else as I already ordered for everyone. She eventually apologized but she was out of line. Really threatening the manager that she clearly kept stating was her husband. Very unprofessional. Lived here 2 years and order quite often. This is only a recent issue.
