I’m not sure who was working but as soon as I walked out the door I dropped my drink and spilled it all, and the employee working was so kind and made me a new drink. It was embarrassing, but she was very understanding and kind! I’m sorry you had to clean it but the employees are always super nice when I go!“

“My wife and I just moved to Medina, and this was the first brunch place that we tried. From the outside, it’s a little unassuming, but the food is FANTASTIC! They have a great selection of both sweet and savory options, and plenty of different coffees as well. The service is great, the staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is nice and clean. This is definitely a new household favorite, and we can’t wait to try the rest of the menu, and bring our friends and family.“

“This was my very first time trying boba milk tea. The gentleman at the counter helped me pick out a flavor that I might like. He was very sweet and helpful! The store was beautifully decorated and clean. And the drink? DELICIOUS! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend you give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!“
