Wadsworth Ohio, 6/21/24 Black beans undercooked, Manager rude and stated Corporate office said to bad serve them anyway. Very skimpy on the amount that was in my veggie bowl. Workers very nice pour management. Food is disgusting and I am very disappointed in one of my favorite places to get veggie food.
On my most recent delivery order they literally forgot half the food. So i called the number listed online to see if someone could deliver my missing items and it just sent me to an automated line telling me to go online. I go online only to chat with a bot who would do nothing other than "start a refund". I couldnt make more than one complaint. How does this store have 4 stars!!! The steak was over seasoned/ salty, the chicken had no flavor at all. Portions were very small, Was under a normal/regular serving. I had even asked for more romaine and got 6-8 pieces.
I’ve been to this location on three different occasions and have had the same issues. Will not be going back! It’s not worth the money that I’m spending.
