We constantly have to wait about an hour or longer just to get our mobile order. We waited another 40 minutes in line, 10-20 minutes at the speaker just for us to tell them we have a mobile order and then 5-20 minutes at the window for said mobile order. The service has gone down hill ever since the last GM walked out last year. It used to be quick, friendly service, now you’re lucky to get a greeting.
Waited an hour in drive thru line and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Worst experience ever for a drive thru.
Great iced coffee… and free pup cup for the dog! Other locations want to charge you…. Your already buying over priced coffee just give the dog a treat!
