I would rate zero but that is not an option. OWNER IS RUDE AND NASTY I walked in behind an older woman that was carrying a pizza so I stepped to the side as she approached the window. She was obviously upset about getting the wrong pizza the night before. She was not rude, she did not yell, or get nasty. She asked the owner what kind of pizza it was and the owner rudely and loudly asked what did you order? The lady explained that they had numerous items and didn't know what that pizza she was but it wasn't anything they had ordered. Obviously the pizza was made completely wrong. The owner asked the woman how much she paid for the pizza. The woman didn't know because there were numerous items on their order. Then the owner yelled DID YOU HAVE A COUPON? I'M ASKING IF YOU HAD A COUPON! The lady said no I didn't have a coupon in the same tone the owner used. Then the owner told the lady that she didn't like her attitude and basically threw the money at her and told her to get out and never come back. Completely uncalled for and downright nasty. I left and never did place an order. Poor lady, I feel so sorry for her. She looked like she was going to cry.

Ordered 2 American subs tonight. It was over 20.00 for them. Asked for extra sauce and they were burnt and dry! This place has went down hill since changing ownership. Don't waste your money!

It took almost 2 hours to get delivery.. I was told 30 mins .. my problem was with management I think they should have called and told me it was going to be late .. my food was also cold when I got it

I place an order at closing and I have my 6 year old grandson for the night. For a pizza we cant eat bc sausage was on it and not the bacon we ordered . he won’t eat it nor will I we had to throw away a $21 dollar pizza out and was offered a $5 credit bc they just shut the pizza ovens off. (Still hot) btw. On top of the delivery’s feed charged and the $5 tip for the driver. I’m so absolutely disappointed and so will my Aunt Vicki who started EOC. Close at 11 and I’m a server in a pizza place oven is hot your just lazy and dismissed me. I suggest everyone who read this check out RJ’ s Firehouse pizza. I’ll save the $ driving to get it and the pizzas amazing.

Parking: Parking is easy to access and right next to bank and ice cream shop can even stop in for a haircut right across the atreet

They always keep their phone off the hook so they don’t have to take new orders. Just order from Norwalk. This has happened to me on more than one occasion.
