I place an order at closing and I have my 6 year old grandson for the night. For a pizza we cant eat bc sausage was on it and not the bacon we ordered . he won’t eat it nor will I we had to throw away a $21 dollar pizza out and was offered a $5 credit bc they just shut the pizza ovens off. (Still hot) btw. On top of the delivery’s feed charged and the $5 tip for the driver. I’m so absolutely disappointed and so will my Aunt Vicki who started EOC. Close at 11 and I’m a server in a pizza place oven is hot your just lazy and dismissed me. I suggest everyone who read this check out RJ’ s Firehouse pizza. I’ll save the $ driving to get it and the pizzas amazing.

They always keep their phone off the hook so they don’t have to take new orders. Just order from Norwalk. This has happened to me on more than one occasion.

Been around for 20 plus years. A great staff and the delivery is on point. Treat yourself and the family did some East of Chicago.
Parking: A whole parking lot across the street with closer parking on the street on both front and side of building.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid activities throughout the year. Especially Halloween. Thanksgiving and Christmas they always do stuff for the kids.

Delivery driver was super rude saying that we didnt come out side fast enough but was right behind them its sad that people dont know good customer service now a days and when i called and asked for a manager she was super rude and didnt seem to care about the issue the food was all made wrong.
