I ordered a small roast beef, potato cakes and an apple turnover. No potato cakes anymore and then she said they had no apple turnovers available. I said fine then just the roast beef with Arby’s sauce. Lady was a little rude. I kinda wanted a sorry. Then when I get home no Arby’s sauce. Last time I will go there

Ordered a Turkey BLT. Not 1 piece of Turkey on the sandwich. The lettuce was wilted and inedible. Basically all I got was 2 pieces of bacon, tomato and cheddar cheese.

I see the replies to other negative reviews, have done nothing to improve food quality and price. For $35.00, you would think your sandwiches would be hot, they were not. You would also expect plenty of meat on the Beef n Cheddar, there was hardly any meat and the cheddar was barely a teaspoon full. The Reuban my husband got was cold. Also 35.00 for a couple of meals that were sub par is disgusting, Arbys needs to get their act together!!!! Until they do, we wont be going back.

Come on Arby's ? this photo of a gyro from you guys is showing nearly all the meat in the center of the bun shaped like a ball and hardly any at either end....lazy. I don't know if it comes in a ball (doubt it though) but probably slices grabbed like that just dropped in the center.....lazy. come on Arby's.

We normally don't have issues here but yesterday's food was horrible. Our deluxe burgers were burnt to a crisp, dry and didn't even make it onto the bun (just the wrapper). The potato cakes were not cooked and had to be thrown away and the buns on 2 of the roast beef sandwiches were so hard in spots that you could barely bite into it. The thing is we had to wait awhile for our food because it was lunchtime so nothing should have been sitting around but I think the burgers were leftover from the day before. Soooooooo disappointed.
