We stopped here on our way back home to Michigan from South Carolina. This was our worst experience in any restaurant we visited in the five days we were traveling. The food was good. Reasonable prices. I dont know of if our server was having a bad day or something but she was not happy to be at work. All the other servers seemed to very warm and personable to their tables. Our server, Macie, was cold and acted like we were an inconvenience to her day.

The food was great. However, the service was disappointing. Our server (the hispanic lady with tatoos) appeared uninterested, rarely checked on us, and was rude and impolite. It’s important that staff are trained to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. While we enjoyed the food, the poor service took away from the overall experience.

Must have been short a cook and waiter. 25 minute wait to be seated and 30 minutes to get our food.

If I could give a zero, I would. My parents ate here the first of June. My mom got sick from food poisoning almost immediately after getting home. She was so violently ill from the food poisoning that it caused damage in her throat where multiple abscess developed and got infected. She has been in the hospital close to a month now, has had to have 3 surgeries, and was on a ventilator twice. Several cultures have been done, and both her Physician and Infectious Disease Doctor believe all of this was stemmed from her food poisoning. Think about this the next time you want to eat here. Disgusting.
Very nice clean restaurant! Server was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had the western omelet, which I thought the vegetables inside were a little under cooked and cheese on top wasn't melted. I smoothed it in sausage gravy which is hard to beat! I would definitely eat here again.

Pretty typical of a chain restaurant. Decent food, typical setting.
The shining star here was my server Wyatt. A youngster who really appreciates his job. Very polite, extremely personable, very attentive, got my order right and just a good hard working young man. He has restored my faith in the future. PLEASE GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE!!!

Travelling . Stop there for breakfast. The bathroom was filthy!!! Urine on the floor etc. Coffee was cold and food was cold and tasteless. Awful! Waste of money. Once and DONE!!!!!
Wapakoneta store much better than Celina store.
My buddy and I drove down from the Cleveland area to visit the Armstrong Space Museum. We were going to attend a Talk & Tour that was to start in a few hours so decided to grab lunch first. It was busy but not overly packed. I got the 1/2 & 1/2 - BLT and potato soup and both were very good. My buddy got the chicken tenders and he noted the last couple were kinda rubbery and hard to chew so he didn't finish them. Service was good and the food came out pretty quickly, overall a good experience.
Had dinner here tonight around 5:30. Not busy at all. 75% of the tables were empty. Waited nearly 40 minutes for our food. My wife ordered pancakes. They were ok on one side. She flipped them over and they were extremely burnt. They obviously were trying to hide it. She took her plate up and showed them to an employee. 5 minutes later this person brings the plate of burnt pancakes back to our table and ask if we were going to eat them. What an idiot! He said he was going to have the manager come out and talk to us. Never happened. When we went up front to pay they asked me if we wanted to still talk to him and we told them yes. He came out swiped his card on the register and walked away. Absolutely terrible manager and it was quite evident the employees wanted him gone. Ron Cummins (sp) should be terminated immediately. We told people that were waiting as we left to leave and some did. And yes I will be calling Corporate and complaining.
