Would give zero stars if I could. Seated at a sticky crumby table and only asked what we wanted after both my wife and I went to the restroom. Waited 40 minutes after ordering and the food still came out cold. My shrimp was still frozen and asked for new shrimp which they happily tried again. The shrimp then came back hard as a rock and found mold on the bottom of my broccoli. They also served my not even 2 year old daughter moldy fruit. All young kids as well.

Our family did take-out last Saturday night via online order. The person picking it up did not know all of the items in the order. Once home, I realized we were missing an order of pancakes and a whole loaf of banana bread. I called and spoke to Brittany and asked for a refund because they would have had my cc on file for the order. On the order slip, the pancakes were highlighted and the bread was not. I was charged for both. I was told she could do that. Five days later still no credit received for the missing items.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Food is always over cooked. They get your order wrong all the time. The wait time is atrocious. I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like. We are probably being served food that expired centurys ago. May as well call this the microwave restraunt of despair. I think then there would be better reviews. Should've refused to pay the greasy bill. My husband for the record already posted a review. Im posting another because it's so bad. An inspector needs to come in. What a shame. Ihops can put them out of business.

Dont even bother eating at any Bob Evans near this location. We came today in the mood for some breakfast. Bad mistake on coming here. Should have waited till Ihop opens since they open at noon on Sundays. Server was Pam and gave off a weird airy vibe. I ordered the double meat farmers choice with ham and bacon and my eggs scrambled with pancakes and my wife ordered the french toast with sausge patty and had asked for 2 orders of home fries on the side. We instead got bacon and sausage links for my meal and hashbrowns for hers instead of what we said. I then brought up i said ham and brought that out free. Only good part of the meal since it was free since the ham was as hard as shoe leather with no flavor, hashbrowns were black all over and could hardly cut it. Thats for both of us. My pancakes were so hard and over cooked you couls have stood them up and used them as tires. The bacon, eggs and sausage i didn't order was decent and the wife said her french toast was fine but honestly never going to come back. Time and time again we try and its always the same here like Celinas Bob evans. Both terrible.

I orderd online went in my food had been sitting there for 15 mins past pick up and no one even asked my name . So my food was cold . I was there 3 mins early and it was also actually sitting there then but still no staff even asked all they cared about was a door dash order . I will not order or eat at this bob evens for along time .they also had 40 min wait times if u were eating in .

My goodness gracious. My family and I came here to eat after a basketball game. We walk in and as we stand there for 5 minutes while, im assuming, the manager stands there talking to the other employees. She points at us and tells another employee to go wait on us. He comes and tells us it will be a 25 minute wait because they have too many door dash orders. We asked if we could sit in the restaurant and wait and he kinda looked at us funny. Seriously? Too many door dash orders? And there was literally 6 people eating in the restaurant. Not my first bad experience here, one time the server told me I shouldn't order what I did bc it would come out cold. Ummmmm....ok. we love Bob Evans, but I won't be heading there for our weekly "after game" dinners anymore. What a joke.
