Does this location open at 6:00AM as its started online and on the windows at this location? NO, no they do not. I drive through wapakoneta every morning and stop at this location (even though I know that they never answer the drive thru) I give it a shot. I sit and wait 15 mins at the speaker. (I have plenty of time to wait) 🙄 Pull around and peek in each of the windows with someone casually getting ahead of making sandwiches (The manager, who in my opinion is always rude and obviously, accordingly to the other reviews, is not managing it very well).

This place is awful! The lady Sam with long black hair was very rude. First I come in and order no one greeted me. Next I get my food and I go to take a seat in the dinning room EVERY table was dirty and disgusting. I go to eat my food onion rings cold and chicken fries were nasty as well I couldn’t even finish my food. Then my cup had a leak in the bottom so I go back to the counter I seen her helping two other customers so I waited patiently. Then after she helped them she looked at me 4 times and kept walking around and didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I also see her taking orders and money from drive thru and then going to the back to make sandwiches without washing her hands!!! Finally she looks at me with an attitude and asked me why I was standing there after letting me stand there for 10 minutes and ignoring me. This place is gross and disgusting please do not eat here. The Ohio Health Department needs to shut this place down and I would like someone from Corporate to contact me Immediately about this situation

I ordered a mushroom melt and was not impressed with the garlic sauce and it doesn't tell you that what about people who are allergic to garlic
Gave completely wrong order and has done so several times in the past, except this time when i drove back they completely refused to replace the food. Mind you, we ordered 2 sandwiches and they gave us 1 sandwich and it wasn’t either of the sandwiches we ordered.

The manager or supervisor needs to learn what a reasonable level of volume is to be playing music at. Some rather lame music was being put on blast at this Burger King, and while I understand musical taste varies, there is no reason to turn up the volume so loud that it competes with people trying to speak loud enough to place an order or have a conversation amongst themselves. If she wants to go deaf from that music, she needs to buy some headphones and do it to her own ears and not everyone else’s.

Oh, where do I even begin. Visiting family and we made a quick stop at this BK to get a quick bite and I can’t believe what I saw. Not only was an employee was smoking in the kitchen area but I watched another building burgers using their bare hands. No tongs. No gloves. Touching the bun, burger patty and lettuce.
At that point we just walked out. I question if they should even continue to have their franchise license.
