We got our burgers and fry at 930. Fries were cold and tasteless. Burgers were luke warm. No waiting at the drive thru.

Ordered a double whopper with no cheese. I stated it and repeated it slowly. Got home and- you guessed it: nasty plastic, American cheese stuck between the two patties. Called the manager and he said I would have to drive 20 minutes to get my $7 refunded. If they won't make it right, I will not return. And if they are so incompetent that they cannot process a very simple order, I guess I'm left to ask why I would want them handling my food to begin with.

Most of the employees at least the managers on day shift are rude as heck! Food is iffy! My daughter went in the other day and the employee was incredibly rude to two customers who needed help with the kiosk! Kept sighing and wouldn’t even stand next to the people who needed help! Day shift managers need an attitude adjustment and they don’t have any customer service skills! Only leaving a review because have had multiple issues during the day. Day shift managers are not very nice! Evening manager is always friendly and nice!

This restaurant has improved alot with the speed and accuracy of breakfast in my opinion. The whole transaction took less than 2 minutes. The food was hot and very good.

Does this location open at 6:00AM as its started online and on the windows at this location? NO, no they do not. I drive through wapakoneta every morning and stop at this location (even though I know that they never answer the drive thru) I give it a shot. I sit and wait 15 mins at the speaker. (I have plenty of time to wait) 🙄 Pull around and peek in each of the windows with someone casually getting ahead of making sandwiches (The manager, who in my opinion is always rude and obviously, accordingly to the other reviews, is not managing it very well).

This place is awful! The lady Sam with long black hair was very rude. First I come in and order no one greeted me. Next I get my food and I go to take a seat in the dinning room EVERY table was dirty and disgusting. I go to eat my food onion rings cold and chicken fries were nasty as well I couldn’t even finish my food. Then my cup had a leak in the bottom so I go back to the counter I seen her helping two other customers so I waited patiently. Then after she helped them she looked at me 4 times and kept walking around and didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I also see her taking orders and money from drive thru and then going to the back to make sandwiches without washing her hands!!! Finally she looks at me with an attitude and asked me why I was standing there after letting me stand there for 10 minutes and ignoring me. This place is gross and disgusting please do not eat here. The Ohio Health Department needs to shut this place down and I would like someone from Corporate to contact me Immediately about this situation
