Customer Service pour! ran out of cheese at a burger joint. How do you even do that?

I walk in. There’s a young man telling me I have to use the kiosk! now their is a older older woman suffer through the kiosk and her grandchildren helping her! I want to order cheese for my chicken the kid takes 10 minutes to think about oh yeah, we’re out of cheese. That’s why it’s not on the kiosk and then I said can I get an extra barbecue sauce in place of the cheese please because you have no cheese. Another gentleman said yes then the other guy wanted to fight and say I didn’t pay whatever they charge for some barbecue sauce or cheese and I can’t give you more bbq sauce. i’m sorry I didn’t run out of cheese. That’s your fault. Have some Customer Service throw in a freaking barbecue sauce and then on top of it he got aggressive like you want to fight me and I’m like all right. I’ll just write you a review as I’m looking at the reviews, it’s a pretty poorly run Burger King, this is a popular free way exit. a lot of other choices skip BK.

Absolutely terrible visit. The women taking our order in drive thru was very rude and refused to give us ranch at the window so I had to park and come in. When I got inside there where no registers, only kiosks and they made me ring up 1 pack of sauce.

Dinner shift guy is rude and has no business being in any fast restaurants as soon as we hit the speaker you can tell he hates his job we order twice pretty simple ordered we just got sandwiches he messed it up multiple times finally I say that's fine I'll tell him at the window and he refuses to fix what I had already asked for just don't waste your time

Kitchen staff eating food while preparing my food , staff wasn’t available for sauces or utensils horrible customer service.
Poorly cleaned lobby couldn’t sit comfortably to eat crappy food that was cold. Music from kitchen was blasting from staff.
Definitely been to better locations!

We had ordered senior drinks at this establishment yesterday and received them. No issue. The young man who waited on us today said their was nothing but a value drink and promptly turned away. He had no interest in even investigating. Very rude. We won't be back.

EST. 3:40pm today. Drive thru. Young male employee acted like customer was a burden and didn’t like working. Must’ve had a bad day and decided to take it out on customers. Ordered 8 piece mozzarella asked for marinara cup (since one automatically comes with a 4 piece). Didn’t receive extra cup nor receipt. Went in and asked for the cup only to be responded with attitude from drive thru employee that it only comes with one. I said I thought I was charged because I asked for an extra. He said no I wasn’t. Again no receipt provided to me. So I couldn’t check. I asked if 2 comes with 8 piece since 1 comes with a 4 piece. He said no. Only one cup. I was refused an extra cup (since 1 cup doesn’t handle 8 piece). I looked online and it says 2 cups is supposed to come with an 8 piece. I called spoke to Joe the manager. He said there used to be a sign that said no more 2 cups for 8 piece. He refused me an extra cup. After I paid almost $17 for 2 meals. I thought I saw on the screen I was charged for an extra cup, but I wasn’t given a receipt. I think this screams desperation on Burger Kings side for charging the prices they do and doing everything they can to squeeze every penny from people while shorting them. Also, the manager and employees should learn to give out receipts while also showing good customer service skills.

We got our burgers and fry at 930. Fries were cold and tasteless. Burgers were luke warm. No waiting at the drive thru.

Ordered a double whopper with no cheese. I stated it and repeated it slowly. Got home and- you guessed it: nasty plastic, American cheese stuck between the two patties. Called the manager and he said I would have to drive 20 minutes to get my $7 refunded. If they won't make it right, I will not return. And if they are so incompetent that they cannot process a very simple order, I guess I'm left to ask why I would want them handling my food to begin with.
