Rolled into the drive through knowing my Gluten free needs did not lineup with the menu. Burger King does not offer a lettuce wrap, but the staff created one just for me, simply because I asked for a burger without a bun. Service has not vacated America.

I was completely disrespected by the worker and my food was completely soggy and wet literally WET FOOD!!! I do not know who the bigger lady with short black hair working in the second window on March 27 2024 who was supposed to be handing out food was, but she was extremely rude to not just me, but the customer behind me as well I could hear her at the speaker ordering and at the window when I asked an employee for her name, they refused to give it to me and told me to call back later when I called back they just continue to hang up the phone that is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will be going back during a different shift to get her name. The amount of disrespect that I got just trying to get breakfast this morning was honestly unacceptable even for a simple fast food restaurant she should not be allowed to treat her coworkers or her customers that way.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches there was no tartar sauce, the lettuce is all wilted. Fries gotten with meal are half done, making them mush and tasting horrible!

The Drive Thru worker just stood LOL? REALLY EXCUSE MEEE!!!!! "I had a question" I was IGNORED!! BUT after spending approximately 10min waiting for SOMEONE to RETURN to the FRONT which NEVER happened ?...WE HAPPILY LEFT going to ARBY'S!!YOU LET $25-$40 WALK OUT THAT DOOR!!!WE ARE THE CUSTOMER AND REASON YOU HAD A JOB!!!!!NO CUSTOMER SERVICE= NO MONEY= NO JOB!!!

They have a sign at the 2nd window that says “Sauce 30¢” When you ask for extra sauce AND pay for it, they are incredibly rude and tell you to drive back around and order it at the speaker. I almost never leave bad reviews, but the rudeness that I encountered was unbelievable. But while reading through other reviews, it seems the rudeness of staff is a well known issue. I’ve been in customer service for 15 years. I don’t understand when it become acceptable to talk to customers this way.

Was there on Dec. 27, 2023 on our way to Kentucky stopped for lunch ordered the classic melt it wasn't cooked right the staff was out right rude will never go back. You should train them better.
