Haven’t had any issues with food really always done. Biggest gripe is always have argument over getting fresh tartar sauce through drive though. Use to work at capt ds so I know it’s made fresh everyday and not the same as the prepackaged cups. Shouldn’t be an issue getting the one Lima dosent blink an eye. This one looks at you like you’re stupid when you ask for fresh made in house. When I pressed once they said it’s all premade maybe been a while since I worked at one but theirs a big difference between the two at lima. Feels like this location might thin out their batter a bit much, thinner breading then Lima other then that always good and fresh made with tallow big plus their. Give people option to get the good tarter sauce half the reason I go their.

This is a great place to eat. We drive 30 miles just to eat here, it's that good.
The young man at the window didn't know how to ring up my order because I have like 3 charges on my account. What look to be the manager came over and I guess fixed it, but didnt tell me anything. I guess I'll see if the charges vanish in a few days, but yall need to be more carefully with that, I travel and work, I need my two and fuses, darlings.

Ultimate platter. Dine in. Served cold and not all items given as described. Given rest of order but this was also not great. Food tasted like a fryer that needs cleaned. Mac and cheese was flavorless.
