This is from the perspective of a ex employee for overall about a year the management is horrible they can’t keep employees or managers and when they do they treat them horribly from lying about the pay to lying to them saying “you can get shift lead and a rise if you keep on working hard” I worked all throughout the week closing almost every day and extremely long hours on the weekends just to get a raise because I wasn’t making much as it was and I wanted to have my work show on the paycheck I was working up front and in the kitchen and don’t even get me started on how the food is made it’ll get pulled from the coolers in the morning and sit in disgusting fridges all day until close also when the grill goes down the managers tell us to MICROWAVE THE FISH who wants microwaved fish and also the hush puppies have a certain amount of time they can be made in and it is always made way after that time the kitchen is full of insects flies and cockroaches and mold right behind the front counter where the cash registers are there is a drain that is covered in black mold and under the floor is covered in black mold also the fish fries and hush puppies can sit under the warmers for hours until someone orders it the food there made me not want to eat seafood anymore I’m just putting this message out to customers and future employees and for vol the president of the store to see so they can make the necessary actions and make sure that this does not keep on happening and hopefully the regional mangers see this message as well so things get changed you don’t have to listen to this message but it is just a warning for everyone to see

Disgusting! Ordered fish and chips with lobster bites, corn and drink. Three scoops of ice per cup. No fries. No tartar sauce. Booths are soiled. $15 for indigestion. I don't need a heartfelt reply from the owner. Just passing through and will not be back.

We ordered 2 senior white fish. Country style Dinners to go. Got home...we had some flat spices fish and rice. When I called they said they ran out of the white fish so they gave us this stuff we can't eat. THEY NEVER TOLD US THEY TOOK IT UPON THEIR SELF TO CHANGE OUR ORDER !!! THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US DO WE COULD CHOOSE!!

We went through the drive thru. I ordered the family sampler. For one it took forever. Which I don’t mind if it takes a little longer if I got good hot food. But the girl at the window stuck her head out the window and said we shorted you a piece of chicken so we just gave you extra poppers instead. I get home and I’m missing all 12 of my shrimp and the piece of chicken and the order of breadsticks. I thought that was so rude of the girl. What if I didn’t want more poppers? And the food was very light looking and cold.
Food is always freshly cooked and the employees are always friendly and this establishment is always clean. We always like the fish sandwiches here.

I went to Captain D's in Wapakoneta 2 days ago. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I even got up to the window. When I got my food there was a hair in the breading of my chicken. On top of that the food was put in the bag upside down and the coleslaw lid wasn't on and the coleslaw went all over the container. Went back today to receive a replacement and again waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. With only 2 vehicles in front of me. That is ridiculous. We won't be going back.

Ordered 2, 2 piece fish dinners, one with Mac and cheese and fries and one with double fries. Got home with one box that had 4 pieces of fish, Mac and cheese and fries. I ordered some other stuff so i didn't realize it was wrong until i got home. Could have gone back to get fries but who wants to drive 10 minutes for a handful of French fries.
