Well where to start we go in at 730 pm Wapakoneta location ..order 2 meals ..waited 20 minutes was told no chicken thawed for the one meal had to get a substitute for it ..
Then watched a lady order several meals most with chicken then after she paid was then notified of no chicken thawed ..the ones working in kitchen and other places was rude to the poor kid on the register ..then these "managers" went into lobby with customers sitting in there and started...

My hubsand and I went there on date night Wednesday. Very good very clean. He tried the spicy new dishes and I got my favorite fish and chicken. I love it. The only thing I didn't like was a customer sat in the dining room with his son and made his calls for work. He was a telemarketer. He must have sat there a good 30 minutes. Not a word to his son! It was rude and very discerning on his part. I really was hoping he would have left.

Haven't been to The Captains in years, but this place did not disappoint. Great food and even better service by friendly staff!!!
