Ranch was separating from sitting would not replace with new ranches

Waited at least 5 minutes at the speaker until they took our order, ordered 5 treats for the family and had to repeat the order multiple times. When we got to the window we had to repeat the order again and they took the card and had it for like 5-10 minutes. Once we got our treats we only had received 3 out of the 5 treats after we had already repeated it. if i could’ve done 0 stars i would’ve.

Horrible. Had to wait over 20 minutes in line, got a blizzard and it was just milk. Was a waste of time and money. Not to mention it was melted when I got it.

Good: was hot and fresh and made at time of order not no old stuff

Staff: little slow but they are humans, hard to understand them as their English wasn’t the best.

Cleanness: lobby had few dirty tables, other than that was clean to my liking

Down fall or negativity : the dashers or grub hub people coming in were rude to the workers

I ordered a basket meal with chicken tenders and was offered to upgrade to a blizzard which was nice didn’t know could do that.

All inexperienced teens running the drive thru so not only is it slow but they will misunderstand you, take things off your order, not even apologize for misunderstanding, then ask if we would like to pay for the food they took off when the bill was already higher than it should've been. No receipt given and we were told to have a nice day in a very sarcastic tone. Maybe their cooperate office needs to read these reviews I'm reading. Same issues.

Always excellent service here and the foods and treats are top notch. My favorite dairy queen to go too

I don't come to DQ often but I came tonight to get a blizzard. First they flipped it upside down and it fell out of the cup and they put it back up and cleaned it off and gave it to me. The whole cup being still pure liquid when I ordered a Blizzard. Like how is that okay to give someone not what they ordered? I even questioned it and the girl said it was okay. So I just went back around in drive thru taking pics and videos of what I got as a liquid cup for a blizzard. Then they remade me one but they were all giggles and not taking me serious just cause I wanted my blizzard remade. Going to spread the word on the kids here so more don't order when the young ones are there not taking anyone's orders seriously
