Drinks… absolutely awful. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I have visited a couple of times thinking maybe it was just a bad cup but no. Each time I think the coffee got worse. I’ve had them remake my drink and it was still terrible. The service I had today was despicable. It was absolutely atrocious. My elderly father was with me and the lady who spoke with him was disgustingly rude and questioned him about the bad drink.

Stopped here on a road trip for my daily dunkin! The employee alexis who helped us on 8/13 was so nice & very quickly made our drinks & food. The bathrooms could use a little attention from management, alot of the stuff was broken or on the verge of.

The girls here were all really funny and friendly. You can tell it's a fun place to work and it's great to see people who are actually enjoying being at work! They taught me how to pronounce the name of the town 🤣
Shout-out to these girls- they were working hard and having fun doing it. Service, drinks and food were great as well. Clean location.

donuts and green tea was fine can't mess that up, but my roasted pepper chicken wrap was still frozen, but they weren't even busy. no one in line or inside and i received a brick wrap

Stopped in while away on a trip. I've been ordering the same drink everytime we get to stop at a Dunkin. Usually it has a tiny aftertaste but I chopped it up to the almond milk. Well, today, by sheer luck, Lexi at the Wapakoneta Dunkin added an extra flavour shot in and changed my life!! I thanked her for it, but in the rush of a Sunday morning, I'm unsure if she heard. (So if you're an employee/management reading this, please tell her).

Picked up 5 doz this morning for work. I forgot the receipt. Called the store and Isabella was able not only to get me a copy but was able to send it to me electronically which saved me time and money. Thank You Isabella! Great customer service!

I usually never have a bad thing to say about Dunkin BUT unfortunately this location is notorious for leaving out stuff from my orders and/or giving me one thing but not another (that I had specifically asked for). The last few times I've been there, the food is mid-grade but the customer service is great! Coffees depend on who makes them and what time you order them.
Dietary restrictions: If you want to spend and extra $1-$2 on dairy free milk for your coffee, great but when the drinks themselves (unless you get boring coffee) cost $6-$7, it kinda hurts a little when you look at the final price.

Absolutely horrible service went there to grab a quick bit before heading out for holiday travel, employee were rude when pulling up to the drive thru speaker order a donut and then a sandwich employee tells me there oven is down and that they close in 10 mins which I completely understand so got the 1 idem pulled up to the window to pay and the second employee that was in the back loudly said the oven was dirty and there was a burn aroma coming from it aswell, employee at the window process to say well I'm not cleaning it and laughs.. so I just hand my card while my child in the back seat says I smell it from here, i was blind to the smell till i got the bag for her dount and drove off it smelles my whole car up and i sincerely hope they disinfect that kitchen rather leaving it for someone else to deal with that mess this is the 3rd chance i have givin and wont be returning to this location... Lima a better option for better service and food and coffee that's actually made right

Went inside to purchase donuts, first thing is young lady behind the counter had a "could care less attitude". Donuts were sitting out on a rack instead of the case , was told they were cleaning them so, ok no worries. Went to have donuts this morning and they were stale oh and one of the had a hair baked into, that is just nasty! Called the store, the manager was very polite and apologetic, however, caught her in a couple of lies! Will be contacting corporate office on Monday.
