Went through drive through to order 2 drinks and donuts. Was waiting for them to ring up second drink to order the munchkins…the girl says okay to second drink and says pull forward. We pull forward and they give us 1 drink and ask to pull to second window. When we get to the second window they just look at us and walk away and then come back and say did you need something so my husband tells them we’re missing a drink and they say yes what was it we can ring it up back here and you can pay and we’ll get it to you. We left! A bunch of young adults/teenagers giggling and laughing at my husband and I the whole time! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Drinks… absolutely awful. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I have visited a couple of times thinking maybe it was just a bad cup but no. Each time I think the coffee got worse. I’ve had them remake my drink and it was still terrible. The service I had today was despicable. It was absolutely atrocious. My elderly father was with me and the lady who spoke with him was disgustingly rude and questioned him about the bad drink.

Stopped here on a road trip for my daily dunkin! The employee alexis who helped us on 8/13 was so nice & very quickly made our drinks & food. The bathrooms could use a little attention from management, alot of the stuff was broken or on the verge of.

The girls here were all really funny and friendly. You can tell it's a fun place to work and it's great to see people who are actually enjoying being at work! They taught me how to pronounce the name of the town 🤣
Shout-out to these girls- they were working hard and having fun doing it. Service, drinks and food were great as well. Clean location.

Stopped in while away on a trip. I've been ordering the same drink everytime we get to stop at a Dunkin. Usually it has a tiny aftertaste but I chopped it up to the almond milk. Well, today, by sheer luck, Lexi at the Wapakoneta Dunkin added an extra flavour shot in and changed my life!! I thanked her for it, but in the rush of a Sunday morning, I'm unsure if she heard. (So if you're an employee/management reading this, please tell her).

Picked up 5 doz this morning for work. I forgot the receipt. Called the store and Isabella was able not only to get me a copy but was able to send it to me electronically which saved me time and money. Thank You Isabella! Great customer service!

Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. Ordered a plain bagel. Repeated the order twice. Get my food and drive away only to find an English muffin instead. This scenario happens every single time I come here.

I usually never have a bad thing to say about Dunkin BUT unfortunately this location is notorious for leaving out stuff from my orders and/or giving me one thing but not another (that I had specifically asked for). The last few times I've been there, the food is mid-grade but the customer service is great! Coffees depend on who makes them and what time you order them.
Dietary restrictions: If you want to spend and extra $1-$2 on dairy free milk for your coffee, great but when the drinks themselves (unless you get boring coffee) cost $6-$7, it kinda hurts a little when you look at the final price.
