Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. Ordered a plain bagel. Repeated the order twice. Get my food and drive away only to find an English muffin instead. This scenario happens every single time I come here.

I usually never have a bad thing to say about Dunkin BUT unfortunately this location is notorious for leaving out stuff from my orders and/or giving me one thing but not another (that I had specifically asked for). The last few times I've been there, the food is mid-grade but the customer service is great! Coffees depend on who makes them and what time you order them.
Dietary restrictions: If you want to spend and extra $1-$2 on dairy free milk for your coffee, great but when the drinks themselves (unless you get boring coffee) cost $6-$7, it kinda hurts a little when you look at the final price.
horrible place to work allow 17 year olds to work alone and never can schedule enough employees to work a shift like managers like to make fun of people with learning disabilities horrible place to work

Absolutely horrible service went there to grab a quick bit before heading out for holiday travel, employee were rude when pulling up to the drive thru speaker order a donut and then a sandwich employee tells me there oven is down and that they close in 10 mins which I completely understand so got the 1 idem pulled up to the window to pay and the second employee that was in the back loudly said the oven was dirty and there was a burn aroma coming from it aswell, employee at the window process to say well I'm not cleaning it and laughs.. so I just hand my card while my child in the back seat says I smell it from here, i was blind to the smell till i got the bag for her dount and drove off it smelles my whole car up and i sincerely hope they disinfect that kitchen rather leaving it for someone else to deal with that mess this is the 3rd chance i have givin and wont be returning to this location... Lima a better option for better service and food and coffee that's actually made right

Went inside to purchase donuts, first thing is young lady behind the counter had a "could care less attitude". Donuts were sitting out on a rack instead of the case , was told they were cleaning them so, ok no worries. Went to have donuts this morning and they were stale oh and one of the had a hair baked into, that is just nasty! Called the store, the manager was very polite and apologetic, however, caught her in a couple of lies! Will be contacting corporate office on Monday.

i wish i could do 0 stars…we ordered a bagel and cream cheese, a sprinkled donuts, and a a Starry. I don’t usually complain but the service here was awful. The starry was expired and when asked to change it out the manager came out and said the wouldn’t look through the cooler for another one. When i asked for cream cheese for the burnt bagel that i paid for btw, she rolled her eyes and said sure. The sprinkled donuts had three tiny sprinkles on it. we only know that because we counted them on each donut. The service here was rude, awful and made me not want to go to this chain again.

OMG!! I won't be going here again!! UGH!! I stopped on Saturday morning to pick up some donuts and munchkins for a meeting. Tried to order multiple times at the drive thru. Finally had to go inside. Only one person ahead of me but service took forever. Finally got my order and got to my meeting. These were the WORST baked goods ever!! You can definitely get better at Walmart. They were so dry and stale tasting I would swear they were day old. Needless to say, nobody ate them. I brought them home for the birds. UGH!!

They suck never answer drive thru. Gave me raw unseasoned bacon and said that's how it comes when I've had it probably 20-30 times. And it's always hot and seasoned. Then they say the can't serve anything hot as it's a risk to customers like what...

Every time we get donuts from here they are stale hardly any fillings, u can get better donuts from Walmart. It's literally only this location, been to other locations and everything is great. This place needs better management!!!!!

It was great walking in at 11:30am and getting a hot cup of coffee. Other locations I have been to later in the morning have servede coffee that was stone cold. Nice little store to sit and read in while I was in between Drs appointments
Kinda hard to have a good running company when your employees are stumbling around mumbling words like they’re on heroin, meanwhile you have a line to the road and it takes 50 minutes for 12 donuts

if i could give zero stars i would, every time i come through i get greeted with an attitude rp specially the red haired chick with the glasses at the drive through. my drinks and food are ALWAYS wrong or just flat out made wrong and taste disgusting and 90% they forget most of what i ordered and i have to go back

Guy working cash doesn’t really know what’s going and seems to be in his own world. Poor girl working with him had to takeover for him taking my order because he has no idea what a bonfire smores iced coffee is. 5 mins later he’s taking a 20 minute smoke break outside and leaves the girl on her own. Not sure if this is the correct field of work for the guy - maybe the chain across the street is looking for a janitor ?
