The staff was unwelcoming and rude. We were told if we are in a hurry to either get over it and wait or use the kiosk. This was unprovoked as all customers were waiting patiently with no complaints… this is the second rude encounter I’ve had at this Dunkin and will no longer be stopping at the Dunkin in Wapak.

They have a new big girl who is one of the rudest employees i've ever meet she needs to get her mouth in check before she does it to the wrong customer. Donuts are old and stale and coffee is garbage. Cant wait for Starbuck's to open and get some good coffee unlike Dunkin.

Ordered iced coffee and grilled cheese. After getting on the interstate a reached in the bag for my grilled cheese to find donuts instead. I tried to call to let them know- no answer and the voice mail has not been set up. So I am stuck with the donuts that I will gladly eat and enjoy but really wanted the grilled cheese.

They need to just shut this place down at this point.I had high hopes for this DD in town, but it’s never staffed. We just had a line of 8 cars waiting at 9am (when they say they are open) and no one was inside. All the lights were on and folks just waiting in the drive through…The service is always poor as they are slow to respond or very low on workers. You can tell.I do not recommend.

I have visited other Dunkin donuts, but this one in Wappaconeta doesn't work, I have visited like two times and I never find donuts the only thing you look at on the counter without two or three donuts, then why is it called Dunkin donuts if it doesn't have donuts. It's a shame that they never have quantity or variety, you could say anything.

Me and my husband put through a mobile order yesterday for around $20. The order went through, my money came out, but when I got there the store wasn’t even open! No signs on the windows or anything! Not to mention, when we do mobile order 15-20 mins prior we still wait another 15-20 minutes for our food or end up with missing items. This place is a joke!!

This place is terrible. They didn’t even open up today. Waited at the drive thru for at least 10 min. Went to window, not a soul to be found. This was at 8am. They’re always painfully slow. Drinks never taste the same each time. Management needs to figure it out or this place will be bankrupt. You can not run a business like they do. I’m ready for Starbucks to open!

This morning put through a mobile order and no one showed up to work at the store so there are a pile of mobile order tickets just sitting there and no signs anywhere saying they were closed

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. When I went to the bathroom I discovered too late there was no toilet paper. The bathroom was dirty, and there was no soap. I alerted an associate to the issue, and when I went back in afterwards I saw the toilet paper was on top of rather than in the dispenser, and much of the roll was soiled like it had been in dirty water and then dried.

Came through on 2/5 went in an ordered on the kiosk. Had vanilla in one drink, cream and sugar in the other. They just gave it to me black. I had to go to a gas station and buy condiments. Kinda defeats the purpose. You'd think for 7 bucks I could have it right. Mistakes happen, but they didn't even answer the phone for me to get a credit for next time.
